3rd POV

We see the brown-haired woman with glasses quite literally hugging the life out of the three people in her arms. When she finally let go, the three stumbled, almost falling over as they tried to recover. Reze was desperate for some blood due to feeling some of her ribs break from the hug, so she used Y/n as support. Makima's yellow eyes with red rings turned into swirls as she hugged Y/n's arm for support. Y/n summoned a unique-looking cane in time to hold the two women and himself up.

Levi: Oi, Hanji, behave yourself.

He gestured to the three trying to regain their bearings. The woman, now named Hanji, ignored this as she went to grab Reze by the sides of her face making her stumble forward as she inspected her.

Hanji: Look at our little Boomer, Levi! She's all grown and dressed up too! Ooh, did you dress to impress someone?~

She said with a teasing look, but before Reze could even react, she was let go making her stumble again before she transitioned to Makima, who was still a bit dizzy. Hanji pulled her down similarly to Reze though Makima was slightly taller, so she had to lean down a little. She inspected the red-headed woman and then smiled.

Hanji: All these years, and you still kept those bangs, little commander? You and Reze became fine young women... Oh, it seems you're dressed up too, but much more... Daring.~

Like Reze, she didn't get to reply since Hanji let her go as well, which also made her stumble. Hanji then switched to Y/n and pulled him down by his face to her height as she inspected every inch of his face too. She allowed her thumbs to glide across the markings on his face, then glanced into his eyes to see the sea and sky gazing back at her.

Hanji: It's been so long since last I've seen you... Son. You've grown taller, "little hunter," and it seems you were blessed with our good genes.*giggles* Muoh, I missed you all so much, my babies!

She hugged the three adults and spun them around as they gasped for air yet again.

Y/n: *groans* Of all the things that I could have died from today... This is now what I had in mind.

Reze: *groans* I. Need. Blood.

Makima: *groans* Must. Obtain. Oxygen... From Y/n's mouth.

Levi suddenly smacked Hanji upside the head making her let go of the three as she rubbed the back of her head.

Hanji: What was that about?

She said, pouting at the short man.

Levi: You're suffocating them four eyes. Are you trying to kill them or something?

The others looked on in confusion though Cinder and the other girls were annoyed by Makima's remark. Winter still wanted answers, and her curiosity only grew more when the brown-haired woman called Y/n her son, back with the rest of them.

Y/n: As great as it is seeing you guys again. Why are you here?

Levi: We followed them here.

He gestured to the many dead Marleyan soldiers.

Hanji: It seems they were tracking something that led them here

Makima: Is there a chance they're tracking the two?

Y/n: Unlikely. It was the first thing I checked before we took them home.

Hanji glanced at the two that spoke similarly to how... Levi and her would interact when it's related to the kids that they practically raised. She had her suspicions judging by how the two would look at each other. Reze's glances, though subtle was, noticed regardless by the person who happened to take care of her alongside Y/n and the rest when growing up. Though her face was a blank slate, her eyes told Hanji what she needed to know, which made her giggle internally. She needed to be sure, so she looked at the two and asked.
