We see Team STRQ being led by none other than their leader Summer Rose with her hood on and no sound made except her blades clashing with the thick skin of the creatures of the underworld. This silent persona was very much unknown to her, for she was usually cheerful and always smiled. Whether she was with her family and children or against an adversary, she would always be a light-hearted warrior, but right now, she was silent. Tai has never seen his wife like this, so imagine his surprise when he tried to strike up a conversation amidst the battle. Raven was quiet as usual though she had an idea of what was running through their leader's mind at the moment because... She thought the same.
Qrow, who was usually laid back, was a little nervous, considering the usual bubbly Rose has her thorns directed at him. He was still stumped about what he did that could possibly piss off both her and his sister this much. His sister's default setting was always pissed off when it came to him, but Summer was a different story. Though he would dwell on this a little longer, he noticed how difficult it was to kill his latest demon victim. He looked at his broad sword and saw that his wide blade was very close to completely dull. Sooner or later, he'll have an oversized metal stick to fight with. It seems that he may not be the only one
Raven: Tch, these bastards dulled my blade.
She said as she flicked the blood off her Odachi and sheathed it. Summer looked at her twin blades with a pout to see them in a similar dilemma to Raven's weapon.
Summer: Muoh, those... Those monsters dulled my babies!
Tai and Qrow sweatshop at the more familiar mannerisms of their leader.
Tai: This is why I don't use weapons... Except for these guns.
He said, pulling a gun show as the Branwen twins groaned in annoyance, and Summer rolled her eyes, and her pouting intensified.
Summer: Sometimes it comes in handy, you know.
Tai: *chuckles* I know, Sum. Besides, I was kidding; I'd get a weapon, but I haven't found the right one, you know?
Summer then cupped Tai's face and stared deeply into his eyes.
Summer: You and I are going shopping when this is over... Alright, honey?
Tai sweatdropped at this as he gazed at his brother in arms, only for him to look away while whistling.
