Book V: Adventure - Chapter X: The War on Apokolips (Part II)

As Kaiba, Dante, and Vergil prepared to face off against Darkseid and his minions on Apokolips, they were suddenly approached by three figures: The Master, The Mastermind, and The Shadow.

"What are you doing here?" Kaiba demanded, his eyes narrowing as he glared at the three villains.

"We have a proposition for you," The Master said, his voice smooth and calculated. "Join us, and together we can rule the multiverse."

Dante snorted. "Thanks, but we already have enough villains to deal with. We don't need your help."

The Mastermind chuckled darkly. "You'll regret that decision. We could have been of great use to you."

The Shadow, who had remained silent up until now, suddenly stepped forward. "Enough of this talk. We have a battle to win, and we can't do it if we're fighting amongst ourselves."

Kaiba nodded in agreement. "Fine. But don't think this means we trust you."

With that, the group set off towards the heart of Apokolips, where Darkseid and his minions were waiting for them. As they fought their way through waves of enemies, it became clear that this battle would not be won easily.

Dante and Vergil worked together seamlessly, their weapons flashing as they sliced through their foes. Kaiba, with his high-tech gear and dueling skills, held his own against the hordes of Parademons. The Mane 6 used their magical powers to keep the villains at bay, while Superman and Red Hood dealt with the more powerful enemies.

In the chaos of battle, it was easy to lose track of everything going on around them. But suddenly, a massive explosion rocked the battlefield, and everyone turned to see Darkseid towering over them, his Omega Beams glowing with deadly intensity.

"This ends now," Superman growled, flying straight towards Darkseid.

But even the Man of Steel wasn't powerful enough to take down the ruler of Apokolips on his own. As the battle raged on, it became clear that the heroes were going to need to work together if they had any hope of defeating Darkseid.

As they fought, Kaiba couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in his team. They were vastly outnumbered and outmatched, but they refused to give up. And with their combined strength, they just might be able to emerge victorious.

The battle was far from over, but Kaiba and his allies were more determined than ever to come out on top. They knew that the fate of the multiverse was at stake, and they were willing to do whatever it took to save it.

As the battle raged on, Goku found himself surrounded by a group of powerful minions. He could feel their energy surging, but he refused to let them intimidate him. With a fierce look in his eyes, Goku powered up to his newly attained Super Saiyan 5 form.
