Can we kiss forever by Kina
Just one chance...
Just one moment...
That was all she needed.
All she wanted was a few minutes with him.
She just wanted to talk to him, to at least know that he's still alive.

Everyday she acted as if everything was completely fine. As if she didn't feel constant anguish, desolation, and anxiety because of his absence. She managed to hide it well, at least, but no matter what she did, she knew there was no disposing of her feelings for him, despite the fact he left her by choice.
The amount of times she's cried herself to sleep was ridiculous. Even though she hadn't seen him in years, and didn't even know if he remembered her, she constantly dwelled on her feelings for him. She couldn't hold back her tears. She hated it.
So every night she would start crying profusely until she was asleep. She couldn't talk about it to anyone, she felt to ashamed that she held on to her emotions despite the hell he put her through.
The night he left, she felt like she was going to lose him forever. But, surprisingly, she was wrong. Turns out he was thinking, and feeling the same things as her. He had realized what he had done to her, all the times he's hurt her. He figured that she wouldn't even want to see him. But, surprisingly, he was wrong.

It was another one of those nights where she couldn't sleep well. It was a quiet night, with nothing but her window cracked open, giving her a little white noise to drown out her overwhelming thoughts. Even though she was tired all day long, her sleep deprivation fades whenever she tries to sleep. So, she just laid there in her warm bed, trying her best to slip out of consciousness. At this point she'd gladly slip into a coma if it meant she could sleep for a little.
But just as she started to drift off to sleep, she heard weird noises coming from her window. It sounded like someone walking on her roof. As the sound came closer, she put her guard up and clenched her fist, ready to attack whatever idiot decided to break in. Her window slid up, making a loud screech. A shadow appeared, shading her from the moonlight. At least she knew she wasn't hearing things. She almost swung at the figure, until she figured out who the silhouette belonged to. She was completely astonished, and confused. She had no clue what to do, because the man she'd been crying over, and losing sleep for, was sitting right in front of her, in her window ceil.
He said nothing
She said nothing
He started to move down to the foot of the bed. She just sat there, watching his every move. To make sure she wasn't seeing things, she reached out to touch him, which confirmed he was, in fact, in the room with her. When she did this he jumped slightly, a little surprised by her strange behavior. He expected her to get angry at him for leaving, or ask him why he decided to leave... or punch him so hard that his life flashes before his eyes. But he was glad when she didn't.
Instead...
She gripped the bed sheet with one hand, and let her other hand relax on her knee. She lowered her view to his lap and started to cry.
