"How long have we walked now?" Sakura asked, her voice soft and a bit tired.
They'd been walking for almost hours now. She didn't mind it all that much but her feet were starting to get sore, her legs not far behind. He may have been used to traveling such distances without breaks, but she wasn't as accustomed to it since she hadn't gone on any mission in a long while.
"A few hours now." He said, his voice firm. "Did you want to rest for a while?" He asked as he stopped in his tracks and turned a bit to face her, she was a few steps behind him.
"U-um... no I'm alright! I can go for much longer!" She lied, almost entirely obvious to him she needed to rest for a bit.
"We"ll stop here soon. I know a decent spot for rest."
He led her down a path he seemed quite familiar with, since he didn't hesitate or look around before proceeding.
They walked for a few minutes before reaching a small natural tunnel. The entrance was covered in greenery and vines. He pushed the vines aside and held them out of her way as she walked first.
After walking into the tunnel, they arrived at a small hideaway. There was a quaint pond in the center of it, the water wasn't stagnant so they'd have a nice water supply. There was a large willow tree hanging over it, the whole area surrounded by tall stone walls from the mountain it was inside of. There was an opening in the mountain, letting sunlight in from the top.
"This place is gorgeous..." Sakura said, her voice filled with awe.
"We need to rest here more often!" She says as she takes a seat against a tree, her cloak gently falling over her legs, exposing her right leg up to her thigh.
"I could sleep here for a bit..." she mumbles as she watches him sit down against the same tree as her.
She took off her cloak and used it as a blanket, laying rather uncomfortably on the side of the tree. Her hand stayed massaging her legs the whole time, her face expressing pain as she did.
"Sakura." He said after a while, turning to face her a little bit.
"Hm?" She says groggily, her eyes meeting his quickly.
"Are you sore?" He asked gently, his eyes gesturing to her legs.
She nodded a bit but didn't move. "Yeah... but I can take care of it. Don't worry about it." She assured.
Sasuke didn't respond, instead standing up from the spot he was sitting. He sat down in the spot next to her, his arm grabbing her by her waist and throwing her gently over his shoulder.
She shrieked a bit and kicked her legs before relaxing. It was just Sasuke after all.
"What are you doing Sasuke-kun?"
She asked before feeling him place her down on a rock, kneeling down in front of her and taking off her shoes.
"I-I told you I could h-handle it..." she said, her nerves evident behind her voice. It's amazing how nervous he still managed to make her.
"Shh" he said as he started massaging her right leg, start at her foot. She was embarrassed to say the least but he didn't seem to mind it all that much. She noticed he was using his susanoo to replace his absent arm.
"Y-you don't have to do this..."
"You're right, I don't." He said as he continued rubbing her feet.
*im trying so hard to find how to describe this without making it sound like he has a foot fetish*
She sighed and decided to just let him. "I didn't know you could use your susanoo to replace your arm." She said, trying to start a conversation.
"I can but I don't. I don't need two hands to fight usually." He explained, his massages going to her calves, applying just the right amount of pressure to make her moan a bit. He was a much better masseuse than she was.
