Character Background: Holmes Descent

T. Holmes: Continuity

Holmes grew up in Wall Sina. Be it that she was born into an influential family, she was raised as such. Her parents taught her to look down on other's. Holmes was the perfect daughter for them. She rarely ever spoke to other children her age. That was until one night when Holmes was 10. The servants murdered her parents, leaving Holmes the last survivor. Her younger sisters were never found. Holmes found her way around on the streets until she was tossed into another home. That's where her mind frayed further. Her adoptive family did nothing but abuse her because of her family name. They didn't want her to survive. Once Holmes had turned 16 she decided to join the military. After escaping the clutches of her abusive family, she made it. While in training she met her friend Heather Watson. The two got along after plenty of effort on Watson's side. Holmes hadn't been able to drop the sociopathic part of herself. Thus the nearly unapproachable aura was there to stay. While it may be true that Holmes has killed a few people herself, she hasn't said so herself. Now Holmes spends her time fighting with Eren and Jean, although bickering with them is only a source of fun for her. Being a part of the Levi Squad has brought some joy back to her hardened heart.

While in the legion she brought her friend, Lana, back to life. This violation went unnoticed for sometime, but Holmes and her partner were eventually caught. In the long pursuit the duo decided to kill each other instead of being tortured and only one being killed. Holmes was the culprit, not her partner, Watson.

Holmes' legacy wasn't a family story that got passed on. While her family's diamond was found, the family did continue on. The mystery of their roots remained just that. Her future grandchildren of 2000 years later only had the faint remainders of a family portrait with Holmes herself in it from many, many years ago.
