Arthur's Revelation

Arthur POV:

Shaking my head I looked at him again, the doubt plain on my face.

He is me? But how? Many questions filled my head, but after looking at him again. Staring at Grey, because he calls me Arthur so he refers to himself as Grey.

He gave information that was beyond reason.

"Maybe you're confused about how you and I are the same person but at the same time different, it's only natural that I don't actually come from this Honkai world." he said.

"Honkai?" I asked by tilting my head.

"I presume you already know it, though it took me a whole day to understand. You should at least know of its existence." he said before continuing his explanation.

"We are both Grey, but the difference is that I am reborn or reincarnated into the world of Magic. Meanwhile, you? Are in this Honkai world."

"From what I know, this Honkai world has an Anomaly, namely an evil energy trying to destroy human civilization. That's Honkai in a nutshell." he said with a slight grin at the end.

"I have a question." interrupted me, which he tolerated.

"Please, ask what you want to know."

"First, Why was I born in this world? Why isn't it like you who were born in the world of magic? Second, Can you explain this World of Magic and World of Honkai? Third, what is your goal?" I asked.

The questions were quite a lot. But knowing me, a former King. He or Grey, surely could explain something on the spot like giving a speech or conveying a message as well as reading a script. After a while he seemed to have found the answer, pretty quickly I say. No. Too fast.

"Actually it's simple, First because I was the one who made you reborn here." he said making my eyes widen.

"Wait a minute, you? Made me born in this world?" I said flabbergasted.

"Wait A minute, who said I could let you cut me off?" he said.

Releasing what felt like intimidation. But not just ordinary Intimidation. It feels like the gaze of God, looked down as if I was just a Lowly Being. And I know this is only a small part of his intimidation.

The uneasy feeling from my stomach was answered, it turned out to be a warning. A warning that I shouldn't go against the person in front of me right now. Even though he is me from another world too.

Swallowing hard, I immediately quickly apologized.

"Forgive me." While bowing to him, the current King's pride was already insignificant at this point.

He just sighed feeling disappointed, not at me but himself? He shook off the intimidating aura, as if the sinister aura just now had never existed.

"No need, I should be able to restrain myself. Back on topic. First, I was the one who made you reborn in this world. Second, i can. But it will take some time, so I'll save it for later on. Third, help you." he said

"Wait... Help? Why?"

"I'll also explain the reason when I explain my old world, and this world of yours."

"Ok..." I said hesitantly, before seeing him smile a little warmly?

"Even though I said I saved it last, what I mean is after this question and answer session is over so I explained everything on the spot." His statement said. I just nodded and sat quietly.

Before the sound of my stomach screaming bounced around the cave, making my cheeks flush with embarrassment. He just chuckled before pointing at the ceiling and without me noticing... Looking up I was immediately surprised, there was an apple right above my head.
