The rooster crows at the break of dawn waking up the sleepy village. The small village slowly begins their normal lives and the empty streets slowly begin to fill. Bakers putting out fresh bread and treats, the farmers laying out eggs, vegetables and fruits, and many more businesses are preparing for the day. Yet in a house just over a bridge lived the towns rich merchant who has two sons. One was spoiled and a known ladies man while the youngest was more humble and kind. The merchant was currently on a secret mission in search of the missing royal family that disappeared 8 years ago. Even the castle up and vanished without a trace. The people who worked there also vanished including one of the merchants son's friend. Speaking of which he steps out of the home smiling. "Manson you coming?" He said. "Go on ahead Knuckles I'm still perfect my face" his brother said making him roll his eyes. "Whatever" he muttered and walks into town finishing up his boom before returning it to the library. "Hello knuckles had your father returned home?" Asked a purple cat. "Not yet Big how's the wife a children?" Knuckles asked putting the finished book up. "They're well.... Biscuit?" He holds out a tray. "No thank you" knuckles smiled and continued walking. Everyone knows knuckles is kind hearted but he's considered an outcast because he has rejected many women and never showed desire to be apart of the village. He dreams of venturing out into the world and living beyond it all. His father understood but didn't want his sons to leave. He already lost his wife he didn't want to lose his sons too.
