"So Friday night, do you wanna come with us to this backwoods bonfire?" Alex asks "Backwoods bonfire?" I ask
"Yeah we all set up an area in the woods in the country side with our trucks, coolers with drinks and beers, speakers for music. Wanna go?" Alex asks
"Sure I didn't think it was your style." I say smiling
"It's not really but I know it probably would be yours though." He says smiling

Which my smile quickly fades when I see Ryder and Vericona coming towards us.
"What are you doing hanging with her Alex? You and Alexis are way above her league." Veronica says smiling
Alexis appears out of nowhere "She's our friend and she's cool." She says putting her arm around my shoulder.
"Whatever what are you losers talking about anyways?" Veronica asks
"Going to this backwoods bonfire Friday night." Alex says rolling his eyes.
She laughs.
"Oh my God that is so lame"
"I think it sounds cool." Ryder says
I'm taken back he's never went against her before..
"Ugh are you seriously gonna go?" Veronica asks
"Yeah I am" Ryder says smiling
Veronica storms off with her minions, Alex and Alexis head to their classes.
"Hey Callie" Ryder says
"Why are you taking to me?" I ask
"Well a little Birdy told me you have a crush on me"
"Who told you that?" I ask crossing my arms.

"And how do you know it's not just her being jealous?" I ask
He chuckles and places his hand over my heart.
"Your heart is beating fast, your pulse is racing." He says smiling
"Might not wanna be to close you might get my diseases as Veronica would say."
"Ignore her, she's insecure." He says

"Hey bestie, ugh why?" She asks
