Your pov
"You what!?" Momoko bounced up and down as I told her about my previous days with Samon.

"You're so loud! Quiet or someone will hear you!" I quickly shushed her, turning back to make sure no one had entered her office to give their report.

"You guys went on two dates?! Back to back!? So, you two are together now, right? Because if so, I owe Mitsuru some money." She rubbed her chin, not wanting to give money to him.

"First of all, I still hate that you guys made a bet on who I would like. And... I don't know if we are yet." I shrugged, arms crossed over my chest.

"What do you mean? You had dinner with him, you went on a shopping/spa date with him, and you know that you two shared a drunk and steamy kiss." She teased, making a kissing face. "Why wouldn't you two be together?"

"Because he hasn't asked to date me." I huffed, embarrassed

"Why does that matter?" She tilted her head in curiosity.

"Kenshirou said to never trust a man. Especially not with your heart. He said if someone wishes to be with me, that they need permission from him and Isamu. I don't care too much for 'permission', but if he's willing to go through them; then it's worth it." I explained to her.

"I guess that makes sense. Kenshirou's always been very protective." She agreed.

.

I stood watch over the inmates as they did their training, the conversations with Momoko still playing through my mind. "Deputy, Deputy." Number fifty eight waved his hand in front of face, breaking me out of my trance.

"Yes? What is it, fifty eight?" I questioned, staring down at the younger male.

"Samon-san he would like to test your abilities against his. I would have preferred to spar with him today, but he insisted if it wasn't you- he wouldn't spar today." He informed me as he pointed towards Samon who was disciplining an inmate.

"Tell him I'll accept his challenge." I agreed, preparing myself.

'If he's a sore loser if I defeat him, there's a good reason to not get together.' I rubbed my chin, trying to come up with logical reasoning to not get into a relationship. Samon and I stood in front of each other, a slight distance in between us. Officers and inmates surrounded us, talking among one another of who will be victorious. "What an exciting match this will be!" Deputy Godai of building thirteen laughed happily, being a referee of sorts for our match. "A good clean battle between you two!"

"Just start already." Supervisor Sugoroku groaned heavily as he rolled his eyes. "I'm waiting to see the monkey get knocked on his ass."

"Shut up, you damn gorilla!" Samon shouted before taking a deep breath and turning back to me with a composed look on his face, holding a single finger up as he normally does with those he has yet to spar with.

"Well then, let's start!" Deputy Godai exclaimed, beginning our match.

Just like my previous match with number two, Samon was instantly bound within my ribbons. He fell to the ground, muffled grunts through the ribbons. "Don't be dejected. Not even Enki-san can outrun or escape my ribbons." I released him, watching him stumble back up.

"Another match." He beckoned, fired up for another test of strength.

"I suppose since this match was over when it started, I'll entertain you for another." I hummed in slight amusement as he now held out a single arm.

"Looks like we will get another show." Deputy Godai chuckled. "And... start!" He exclaimed, our second match starting.

My ribbons took their normal path to bound him until he jumped back, dodging them. A confident smirk was on his face, completely unaware of the ribbons creeping up on him from behind. Just as quick as our previous match, he was captured and rendered immobile. "Have you had your fill of losses for today?" I chuckled, releasing him once again from the ribbons.

"One more!" He shouted, pulling out his staff, making the inmates of building five gasp. "This time, I'll knock that smile off of your pretty face." He clutched his staff, ready for our third and final match to begin.

"You think I'm pretty?" My eyes averted from his as I held a hand to my burning cheeks.

His whole body turned red as he realized what he said aloud, stumbling over his words. "Start!" Deputy Godai exclaimed for the final time.

My ribbons took his staff from his hands, causing his rambling to cease before he was hit in the jaw by his own staff. As he stumbled due to the blow, he was quickly captured again. "You think you would know to pay attention when you face against me." I shook my head as I held his staff in my hand, watching him struggle below me to free himself of my ribbons.

"That was unfair! I demand a rematch!" He shrieked, still struggling to free himself.

"That's enough for today. I need to return to the file room." I sighed as I released him, picking up his hat from the ground nearby that flew away when I struck him. "Don't lose this next time." I hummed a laugh as I placed in back on his head, a faint blush on his face.

As I was leaving the training ground to return to the main building, I passed by Supervisor Sugoroku laughing his sides off. A singular ribbon wrapped around his ankle before it pulled his legs out from underneath him, making him smash his face into the floor. "Don't laugh if you can't do better." I huffed, leaving the training grounds.

"You little-!" He shouted, unable to follow me most likely due to some of the guards holding him back.

.

I sat in the break room, smoking as I read over some files. Sounds of laughter and conversations faintly made its way towards my ears, my concentration more set on finding any grammatical or small errors in the reports. "It's strange seeing you openly smoke now that we know." Kenshirou hummed in mild disapproval as he sat next to me on the couch.

"Get used to it." I huffed, my ash tray almost halfway full due to how long I've been here.

"If you're just going to work in the break room, why don't you smoke in the file room?" Kenshirou shook his head slightly, leaning back to rest on the couch.

"Do flames mix well with paper?" I asked, making him feel dumb at his question. "Besides, I don't want my whole office to smell like smoke."

There was a small silence between us which didn't last long. "I heard you did a sparring match with your supervisor." He brought up just as Samon had entered the break room.

"There you are!" Samon sighed in relieved as he sat on my other side.

"What of it?" I turned to Kenshirou, wondering what he was getting at.

"You just never spar. I was just matching sure you were coerced to it." He gave a loathing look towards Samon.

"No one forced me to do anything." Another heavy sigh left me as I extinguished my cigarette and packed up my files.

"Wait! I had a question!" Samon exclaimed, grabbing my hand to prevent me from going far.

I leaned down closer to his face, placing a gentle kiss near the corner of his mouth, shocking everyone in the break room. "I'll see you in the file room then." I gave him a sweet smile before glaring at my brother as I left the break room.
