The Awakening

Loud sounds of gun fire was heard everywhere, but it was more of a dull sound within this tank filled with a purple substance. Her eyes fluttered around, trying to see what was happening around her. Though she couldn't make much out, she could see that blonde woman bleeding.
She was aiming some sort of small weapon at the very tank that was last not to be open or broken.

"Why are you so lucky to still be alive?" The blonde spoke as she pulled the trigger. Clementine watched as the bullet broke through the glass, causing the whole tank to shatter open. Her naked form being exposed to the floor. Pieces of glass cutting her hands up and legs as she shakily looked up at the woman. Clementine couldn't barely move, it wasn't that she couldn't, but her limbs haven't moved in ages. So trying to regain control over her body again was a little difficult.

The woman dropped to her knees as she coughed up blood. "To think...I would ever rely on a test subject for help." She leaned against one of the machines as Clementine remembered how terrible this woman was to her and many others. Killing anyone that failed to pass some test. Or if they simply just didn't seem 'fit' to her. "Do me a favor...save yourself. I know you'll probably kill me once you can stand, which I won't blame you." She locked eyes with Clementine, seeing the hatred was deep within.

Clementine Redfield, you're the perfect specimen who hasn't been mutated yet. Did we really find a perfect vessel for the lord?

The blonde shook the thought away, breaking eye contact as she looked back at the main door. Hoping those things wouldn't be able to get in. It seems the virus was starting to take over her mind, which she couldn't let happen. "I won't...kill you." Clementine spoke, which caught the woman's attention to lock eyes with her again.

She only wish she knew exactly what was being done here, of course she knew the job was performing illegal testing on innocent girls and women but she didn't know it was to make a vessel for some sick being. The woman had thought they were trying to achieve a strong immune system that would never catch anything deadly.

However, all that research and testing. It was only to make a strong vessel to be able to handle some kind of virus that Grett had in his possession. The only virus that apparently carried the lords blood inside of it, when injected with this virus. The lord is able to take control of the persons body and become the host of it. Sort of like a parasite of some sort, but unfortunately she couldn't live long enough to find out if it was indeed a parasite controlling everyone's mind here.

"I'm sorry I can't...I can't help you. I'm afraid I don't have anymore time left." The woman looked away, holding her handgun tightly before lifting to her head. Clementine widened her eyes as she tried forcing herself to move her legs. "N-no! Don't-"

It was too late, Clementine watched the woman's arm go limp with the gun falling out of hand.

"I didn't get to ask who I am..."

"Hey Claire, it's been awhile!" Jill greeted the red head who smiled. "Jill, hey!" Claire stood up from the table to give Jill a hug. "It sure has been a long time, so what brings you home? Is it perhaps?" Claire gestured to the ring on Jill's finger, causing her to blush and look away. "C-claire shh! I don't want anyone to know still. Besides...it's been hard not being able to spend much time with him." She frowned, playing with the ring around her finger. Claire sighed as she understood what Jill meant.

Chris has been on countless missions, barely even coming home to take at least a week off to rest. "I'm sure he'll make time for you soon. Besides, isn't he supposed to come home soon?" Jill shrugged, "He might end up accepting another mission though." She took a seat across from Claire.
"Hmm, I know something that might cheer you up!" Claire tried changing the subject a bit. "And what is that?" Jill rose a brow at the sister who smirked. "Baby photos of Chris." Which did in fact cheer Jill up. "Show me."

Claire headed inside the house to go achieve the baby phot album, soon coming back outside and setting it down on the table for Jill to look through. "Chris is going to be so mad." Jill chuckled while opening up the book, seeing all the cute and most embarrassing memories of Chris and even Claire's. But it seems a man is mainly embarrassed about baby photos than a woman is.
Jill couldn't help but laugh at some of the photos until the next page she flipped, a small photo falling out. "What's this?" Jill mumbled as she caught the photo before it could hit the ground.

Claire rose a brow, wondering what Jill was looking at that made her stop smiling. "What's wrong?" She asked, seeing Jill look up at her. "Did you have a younger sister?" Jill flipped the photo around to show Claire. Her eyes staring at the photo of a young girl with brown hair and doe eyes. She was smiling in the picture while Chris and herself were both hugging her during what seems to be a graduation photo. "I don't have any other siblings besides Chris." Claire took the photo from her as she looked at the photo more closely, turning it around to read the names to only widened her eyes.

"Clementine Redfield.." Claire knitted her brows before feeling a sharp pain across her head. Causing her to drop the photo to hold her head. Jill got up quickly to aid Claire. "Claire? Claire?!" Jill kept calling out her name, but Claire couldn't hear her besides loud noises and...

"Claire! Claire!" A young girls voice cried out to her.

Claire stopped holding her head as the pain eventually went away quickly. Jill being very concerned. "Jill...I don't remember having a sister but...these weird memories are flowing back of this girl. Is there something wrong with me?" Jill rose a brow, very concerned and confused to what was happening. Jill knew the Redfields for a long time now, so she should remember them having a sister too, right?
