Lizzy

Abel's pov:

I'm in the studio working on my new album and I'm just finalising the last song but I need a feature for it.

I really don't know who to do, I've already collabed with Ariana and I want it to be a female artist.

I pull out my phone and scroll through my contacts to see if it gives me any ideas.

I scroll until I reach the L section where I see a variety of names: Lamar, Lil sis for haze and Lizzy.

Lizzy, that's right I could use lana I haven't spoken to her in a while and I'm sure she'd be willing to work with me again.

And plus, the fans will love it.

I tap her name and click call and then I'm greeted with the dial sound.

It rings four times and just when I think she's not gonna answer, she does.

"Hey"
She says.

"Uh hey lizzy"
I say awkwardly.

I put the call on speaker phone and place it down on the table in front of me.

"Hey abel, what's up?"
She asks.

"I was just working on my new album and I'm stuck on the last track, I really need a female feature and figured you'd be perfect"
I say.

I hear her laugh over the phone.

"Yeah Abel, sure I'll collab with you why not, the fans have been wanting it for a while now to be fair"
She says.

I silently fist pump the air in excitement.

"Yes! That's great, when can you come to the studio so we can start working?"
I ask.

"Uh, now?"
She asks.

"Now? Yeah sure why not"
I say.

"Okay just send my the address and I'll be there as fast as I can"
She says.

"Okay, will do, see you then"
I say.

She says bye to me and then I hang up the phone.

Well that went better than expected.

I've already written my verse for this song but it needs some tweaking.

I pull out a pen and open up my notebook and start making adjustments.

About ten minutes later I hear the door to my studio open.

I don't turn my head.

"Lizzy?"
I ask, still concentrating on my work.

"Uh no it's your girlfriend"
They say.
