3) i don't rlly think this is a slow burn since they jiara will start to happen in the first episode!

kiara's pov —>
you might be wondering what has happened lately, well lets just say a lot. ward and big john are dead (again), we finally bought a brand new chateau to replace the old one, and lets just say we're currently going full kook. Everything is finally running smoothly until he had to ruin it all, rafe. The king of the lion's den, and here is how it all happened.
a few weeks earlier. 27/6/2024
jj's pov —>
we were finally free, it was just us pogues chilling at the chateau, drinking beer, smoking weed, we were finally living the life we have always wanted to have, the half kook half pogue life (if that makes any sense)
john b went to go pick up sarah from the cameron's house, pope & cleo went to cook god knows what in the kitchen, while kie and i were just chilling in the jacuzzi.
gosh i couldn't keep my eyes off of her deep brown angelic eyes and glossy peach lips, she was perfect.
kie started mumbling something but i wasn't paying attention.
"earth to jj?"
"yea sorry, uh mind repeating that?"
"never mind" kie started getting put of the jacuzzi and i couldn't help but stop her.
"hey come back!, sorry about that". I cleared my throat in embarrassment while wrapping my arms around her neck, sitting awfully close to her without realizing..
i took a sneak peak on what pope & cleo were doing as i saw him standing in the doorway, staring at kiara and i with furrowed eyebrows. I knew he still had a thing for kiara, but it was time he moved on tbh. Kie has proven many times that she's just not into him that way and yet he still tries his best to grab her attention. i don't blame him tho..
as i slightly looked back, i realized that we were pretty close. I can almost feel her coconut breath brush against my neck as she was staring at the sea as if she was about to say something. i immediately backed away.
"what's going on with you lately, you've been acting kinda weird ever since big john died." she asked while playing with her curly brown hair.
"oh its nothin', it's just that a lot has happened lately ever since the" she cut me off as she said:
"well i know the perfect way to fix that," a smirk started appearing on her face while taking quick glances at the sea & i knew exactly what she meant by that.
"lets go ride some waves" i winked as i slowly got up stretching my hands up in the air.
"you know exactly how to read my mind maybank."
we went inside the chateau, grabbed our boards, & ran off without saying a thing to pope and cleo.
general pov —>
Pope & cleo looked back at them in confusion as they saw john b helping sarah out of the twinkie.
"hey guys, what are y'all cooking?"
"pancakes!, we felt like it." cleo answered as she looked back at the burning pancakes.
"oh shit, uh.."
"I TOLD TOU TO KEEP YOUR EYES ON THEM HEYWARD" cleo shouted with a heavy accent and soon, they all burst out laughing.
"hold up, wheres jj & kie?". john b asked looking back at the empty jacuzzi.
"i think they went surfing, i saw them grab their boards." pope answered with a bit of sadness in his voice as he grabbed a plate from the cabinet.
"how dare they go surfing without us, lets go see what they're up to."
~ meanwhile ~
kiara's pov —>
after surfing for a while, i took a seat on the soft sand burying my toes into it as jj did the same.
"awh come on, the waves are way bigger than last time, this is our only chance to catch some awesome waves!" jj said as he stood up and held out a hand for me.
"too bad, we've already been surfing for hours" i groaned.
"fine then, you wanna do this the hard way?". He then picked me up drunk style as he started sprinting towards the sea, almost dropping me twice.
"YOU ASSHOLE LET ME GO"
It was too late, he already tossed me into the water with no hesitation, even with my black jeans shorts still on.
jj's pov —>
kiara still hasn't gone up to the surface for about 10 seconds & i immediately knew something wasn't right..
"kie you good?" no answer, not even a little splash.
"kiara!?" still no answer.
i was about to dive in as i felt a soft hand pull me underwater.
As i got back up, i spotted kie hysterically laughing her ass off, god she was gorgeous with wet hair.
"gosh you scared the crap out of me" I sigh in relief as i started hitting her with my surfboard.
"JEEZ TAKE IT EASY"
a moment of silence occurred as we both started staring into each other's eyes, breathing heavily.
what was happening...
We immediately broke eye contact as we heard people shouting from the distance. It was the others running towards us with their surfboards in their hands.
why did they have to come now..
