A Weird Romantic Adventure

Ch. 14 Mermaid

With Emma. Emma rushing through the woods tear's falling off her face. She kept running until her closed eyes were blinded by a bright light. She opened her eyes and saw that she was on the beach. Emma sighed, her eyes still dripping with tears.

"Am I overreacting?" she said to herself. She sighed again. She looked over at the water. It looked strangely clean. She walked up to the water. You could see straight through it. "That's weird..''. she said. She stuck her hand in the water and all the dirt from her hands washed away in the waves. She starts to walk further into the water. She looked into the water. Emma gasped. "There is a mermaid in the water!" Exclaimed Emma. She ran out of the water trying to find help but when she turned around no one came out of the water. She went back over to look in the water. When she walked back up to it and looked at it she realized... "Is that me?" The mermaid had siren ears, long pink hair, purple eyes. She walked further into the water and it kept revealing the mermaid. Her tail was dark green. She didn't realize how far she was walking when she didn't realize she was going too deep. All of a sudden the mermaid disappeared. "Huh?" Siad Emma confused, she looked back at the shore but she was under the water. All of a sudden there was a really bright light glowing around Emma. She was extremely confused! Back with William. He was walking through the woods looking for her.

"Emma! Emma! Where are you?" He exclaimed. William had been searching for hours now and had found nothing. William sighed. "I'm never going to find her...." he said. He finally pushed through the leaves and found a beach. "A beach?!" he exclaimed. How is there a beach in Colorado?!" he exclaimed. He was about to turn around when he heard a splash. He turned back around and saw a person in the water. He walked over to where they were. It was a mermaid. He walked over to the mermaid and taped her shoulder.
