Was it uncommon to see you at a party? Yes, but nevertheless, here you were sitting on your boyfriend's lap while passing a joint.

Loud music blasted in all directions, and smoke filled the air. Your eyes hung low and red as you tilted your head onto Connie's shoulder.

You were so exhausted that you just wanted to go home, but every time you told Connie that you were ready to go home, he would ask for a few more minutes. This continued for hours as you sat on his lap, listening to him talk to his friends about unrelated topics.

"Babe, I wanna go," you whispered in his ear as he ignored you and kept talking to his friends.

"Nah, bro, who the fuck still plays fornite?" Connie chuckled, allowing his gold grills to shine through the moonlight.

His arms warped around your waist as you laid your head on his chest, getting a slight whiff of his cologne.

"Nigga that shit is borin'... hella lil' ass kids play that shit," Onyankopon added while laughing and taking a puff off the blunt.

"Nah, I'm playin' it," Jean shrugged, trying to depend on himself against the two boys.

Letting out an eerie sigh, you dug your hands into Connie's pocket, causing him to push against it.

"Move; I wanna go to the car," you said, trying to wiggle in deeper so you could reach the car keys.

"Nah, you can't stay for a couple more minutes, damn," Connie raged.

"You've been sayin' that for hella long, I wanna go home, nigga," you pushed his hands away and cut across the sliver keys.

"Bro fuckin' wait like ten minutes," he snatched the keys away and stuffed them into his pants pocket.

"Constance, I'm not playin'; I wanna fucking leave, and you're up here talkin' about games and shit," you yelled Loudy.

"Y/N bro"

"Constance, bro," you mimicked.

After rising from his lap and putting your black sundress back in place, you headed outside.

You approached the black sports car and tried to unlock it by pulling on the handle, but luck was simply not on your side.

You shivered as the wind blew cold air at you. The moon was the only source of faint brightness in the complete darkness.

Pulling out your phone, you started to scroll through social media. While you waited for Connie to come out, your eyes wandered across the street. The pastures were pretty wet from the small showers that occurred a few days ago.

There had been many cars parked around the house, and small chatter from people outside the house could be heard.

You sent Connie some messages, which he read and responded with an "I'm on my way."

It was about five minutes later that his tall body came trolling out the door. He dapped up a few people before making his way towards you.

His simple white shirt was accessorized with a gold chain that matched his gold grills. His plain white air-forces was kept tidy, and his simple look was completed by a gold watch.
