Carson smirks and says "Hey Little Devil.I was around the city and decided that i wanted to see this race"."What are you doing in Manhattan?'.

Carson smile falls and he looks at me."Your little race to rank one will have to wait"."What why?".

"The Mancini Association just challenged us to a tournament.Saint will let you hit Rank 4 for now because she can't leave Greece.So the three of us have a tournament against Mancini starting next week.Me and Hans just landed this morning and he told me about what you had to do".

"You still have full access to my garage.But it looks like you need to ship Godspeed over"."God".

"Stefan is coming tomorrow and he's crashing with us.You ever need another place to stay,My condo is yours"."Oh come on.You don't have to do all of that for me".

"Im simply treating my future Rank 1.Me and Hans can see that his time is coming to a end.In reality he was only holding it for you once you reached your potential"."Come on you guys have-".

"-No we don't.Yato is getting older so if you want your revenge you will have to do it soon.Hans will give you the seat fairly and he will step down to rank 2.I ll be rank 3 and Stefan will be rank 4.We already talked about this a while ago.But we need to get the Mancini first.That Association just includes a bunch of pricks who doing take us seriously".

"God how did this all start?".Carson leans against the gate and says "Me,Saint and Phillipe had met up for dinner the other day and ran into Ivan and Vincenzo".

I roll my eyes at the sound of Vincenzo.God I hate that asshole.

"He was flirting with Saint knowing damn well that she don't go that way.So you know me and Phillipe butted in and they got mad.Called us a bunch of pussies who let just anyone race with us.I mean okay who cares".

Carson eyes darken and he tilts his head."But then he said something real disrespectful about Rain.And we don't tolerate disrespect to our former Legend.So...Phillipe punched him and I punched Ivan"."And I'm guessing you guys got kicked out?".

"That would be correct,We got kicked out of the restaurant and of course trash talk came.He said his top four could beat our top four in a tournament.Notice how he said four instead of five?".I chuckle and says "He's scared of me".

"Hell yea he is.Which is why Saint is giving up her spot just for this so you can race with us.They can say all they want about the lower ranking of our association but our top 7 are solid"."But how is Stefan allowed to face.He's under me".

"Well that when I said 'Oh you're scared of Rains little brother'.To which he replied 'I'm not scared of that little bitch boy"."Bitch boy..Oh I see".

"So it's five on five.Hans, Me, Phillipe, You, and Stefan against the core five of Mancini"."How long do we have?".

"Long enough for you to ship Godspeed over".

He thinks and says "I don't think it's that serious to get Godspeed.Maybe get-"."-Wraith".

We both say.He points happily and I nod my head."I'll ship it over and it will be ready by the time we race"."When it does get over here, ship to my garage.You know I got Stefan and Hans car in my garage already".

I nod my head and he points to Spade."You have potential to be rank 12.I'm sure he has a bunch of pointers for you.Listen to him.He knows what he is doing.He's been watching his big brother race since he was 12".

Spade looks at me shocked and Carson walks away.

I turn to Amara and say "Im sure you think I was being cocky but waiting?"."Very".

"Well I will have you know I was accessing his take off.Which is horrible by the way.You rev your engine wayyyy to early.You're definitely going to burnout and miss the take off"."Anything else?".

"You take the curves way to slow.That's how I was able to catch up to you so fast.All and all..you drive cautious and scared.Street racing is all about the thrill and the chase.Not about how fast your going but paying attention to your surroundings so you can go as fast as you can safely.I will take you out for a ride with me another day.right now I need to get my car shipped over.for this tournament".

"Do they challenge you guys a lot?"Kiera asks."Mancini challenges us all the time.It's Xerox who don't challenge unless they want something".I take a deep breathe and turn back to Spade.

"We will have another practice at the end of the week for me to see what you have improved in.Work on acceleration at jump off and curves.Try drifting through the curves...I mean you aren't called a DK if you can drift properly".

Spade laughs nervously and I stare at him blankly."You do know how to drift right..."."Well..No?".

I facepalm and say "I will have Carson train you in twos on drifting.He's a lot better than me at it".

He nods and I walk back over to my car.

"You guys call this a welcome bask?".I look around completely disappointed."What are you used to big and better in France?".

"Well yea".

Amara rolls her eyes and walks over to the kitchen.I would be crazy if I didn't have plans to hook up with her during this party.

I want to bad.I grab a drink and glance over at Vincent.

"Spade and Amara.Are they dating?".

Personally I could care less if they were.I would still mess with her.But at least I have the class to ask.

"Not really.They hooked up one time at a party though.Spades a idiot he doesn't see shit.But Anara has it bad for him.You can see right?It's been months since she first started and he still doesn't notice her"."Do you think he likes her?".

"Uh I don't think so.I think he thinks of her as a friend".Even better.I shrug and say "His loss then".

"You know I would always think that same thing.Amara is like drop dead gorgeous and I'm sure he isn't the only guy who has his sights on her.Problem is she's super picky about the guys she likes".

"That's understandable"."Most people don't like her mean girl personality".

"I love it"."I had a feeling you did.Not many princess come back for insults from Amara"."It fuels my day".

He laughs and I chug the rest of my drink.I was going to talk to her but I noticed that she disappeared.

I'll catch her later in the night.I'm sure it won't be hard to find a beautiful girl with curly hair.
