I shut my locker and my eyes go wide when i see her."Hi beautiful".

Amara pauses and slowly turns her head to me."Crewson".

I lean against my locker and say "How about i take you on a date. Just me and you beautiful". "I'd rather jump In front of moving traffic".

My eyes go wide as she shuts her locker. Her hazel eyes light up and i turn around to see what has her so happy."Spade. Seriously?".

Her smile falls and she turns to me."What? You think a pretty face can get you a chance with me?"."Well..yes?".

"Dream on.Your personality is shit"."Amara!".

She smiles at Spade and says ".Hey Spade".He turns to me and says "So what time is our practice today?".

I grunt and say "Whenever you get to the Grimaldi house".

He nods his head i slam my locker shut before walking away. I walk over to the car and speed out of there.

My personality is shit...her personality is hot. God what is wrong with me.I haven't been the same since Rain died.

And even then, of Course i have a shitty personality. I have to be hard on everyone or other associations will see the 5th rank of the Helios Association as weak.

Not only that but I'm Rain Lacroix's little brother. The former French DK of the Helio Association aka the Former 1st seat.

Everyone knew about Rain Lacroix and everyone wanted him to be a member of his association. He ended his racing career being undefeated.

Or at least that's what i thought until i found out by Hans that he died in a illegal race against Xerox 1st rank, Yato. He was the one who killed my brother though I don't have any evidence.

My job was simple, get to the 1st seat and challenge Yato to a race. Him losing would not only strip him for his rank but it would also allow me to dismantle the Xerox Association.

So i needed to be 1st rank in order to do that. And i have to be at least rank 3 before i can challenge the 1st seat.And i need to be 1st rank to challenge another associations 1st rank.

"Hey there Crewson" Raphael says. I park the car and look at him."Hi".

"So how did it drive?". "Fine. Thanks for letting me use it".

"Ahh you can use it as your daily car from now on"."Really?".

He nods and says "It's the least i can do". "Thanks".

I nods his head and i walk into the house.I make a beeline to my room and shut the door behind me.This school had way too much homework that i can catch up on while i'm waiting for Spade's ass.

I frown and now my head.I walk into the house and walk over to his room.

"Fucking bitch.You want to challenge me before i convince Saint to challenge me?Stefan just give me 4 months before you do it.I need to train this fucking american to at least 2 ranks up.I know!Do you know how hard this si going to be.I have all the cards right, i blackmailed Phillipe to step down a rank so i can be in the top three".

"Right.After that i can challenge hans for his seat.Once im rank 1, ill challenge Yato finally. I wont have sleepless nights and nightmares anymore.I can finally get revenge for what he did. Its just a fucking American standing in my way"

"Thank you.I appreciate that. Since all of this will come throughI will be 3rd seat, you will be 4th seat.The four of us will be in the top four. He laughs and hangs up. I knock on the door and he opens it."We were waiting for you". "You know when i pictured you waiting for em, i pictured something a lot more different".

I glare at him and he walks out laughing. I follow behind him as we get outside. "You ready for our lesson little monster". "Excuse me?".

All of a sudden two cars come flying in. A guy walks out and bows his head to Crew. "Good evening Rank 5. Since you can't use Godspeed at the moment, Hans has lent you a car for the duration of this training session".

He points to the Blacked-out car and Crew nods. "Tell the idiot i said thanks". "Also, the Rank 2 has offered his garage here in Manhattan if this car isn't to your liking.His words were 'Anything for the Devil Racer'".

Crew smirks and says "Tell him I would love to challenge him once I'm a 4th rank".

The guy nods and tosses Crew the keys he then gets in the second car and it drives away. Crew turns to Spade and says "Alright you know a track". "YEP!I got you".

"Why aren't you using Godspeed". "That car is meant for two people. I won't waste it on him"

"Aww i wanted to see it".Crewson rolls his eyes and walks over to the car. He watch us get in the jeep and says "What are you doing".

"Obviously we are watching the session". Crew remains silent and nods his head.

Once we get to the track, we walk over to the bleachers Vincent walks down with Crew.

They start talking before Crew gets in his car and Spade gets in his.

"I want to see if him being cocky is right"Luca says."Same here. He is way too cocky for his good".

I watch as the signal goes off and Spade takes off while Crew stays. "What is he doing?".

I shrug and after 10 minutes Crew takes off. "He gave him a headstart? Theres no way he would get back in.I mean Spade would be a whole lap ahead".

But for some reason and some way, Crew was able to catch up to im and lap him."How the fuck is that possible".

"You are looking at the 5th rank ,Devil Racer.If Rain Lacroix had his way, he wouldve given his rank 1 to Crewson.But Crewson was too young"A guy says.

We turn around and i look at him confused."Who are you".The guy smirks and says "We should go down there.They are coming over".

We walk down to the track as Crewson gets out the car."Do i get a kiss for winning?".'You can get a slap across the face".

I roll my eyes and the guy whistles.
