Okay, I've gone through your story and made corrections for grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and syntax. Here's the revised version:

"So, what are you going to do with her?"

Beta Riggs asked as Alpha Atlas sat in their office, going through some pack finances. He would much rather be downstairs, "sticking his cream on his meat," hammering his way into her tight little pussy until she screamed from the many orgasms he had planned to give her.

But that was the past. She was a huntress, and he was an alpha; there was no way they could work. Even though he wanted to wrap his hands around her neck and fuck the life out of her until she admitted that she wanted him as much as he wanted her.

At last, he reached for two glasses and poured a measure of Tennessee Jack Daniels into each.

"I've been trying to figure that out all morning."

Atlas's mind flashed back to just moments before when he had his tongue inside her pussy—tasting, biting, claiming, and owning what was rightfully his. Xandos stirred at the very thought. His eyes turned slightly black as Riggs touched him and then started to shake him gently.

"Rein him in, Atlas. We don't need a repeat of last time."

Beta Riggs said softly as he watched his alpha's emotions play out across his face. Suddenly, Atlas stood up and threw his glass of whiskey against the opposite wall in frustration.

"It's just that it's not fair. I've waited 29 years to find my mate, and now that I've found her, all she wants to do is kill me."

Atlas argued bitterly as Beta Riggs sat down quietly and listened carefully to what he had to say, trying to see if he could come up with a solution to his problem.

"Well, that's some irony right there."

Beta Riggs said, stating the obvious as he continued, "The only thing I can see is that maybe you might want to get to know her. And who knows, there might be more to her than wanting to have your head on a pike."

Beta Riggs said dryly as a guard burst into Atlas's office, fearful and fidgeting. He had never seen his guards in such a state, and this made the hair on the back of his neck stand on end.

"What is it? What's wrong?"

Alpha asked his guard, knowing that the situation must be of the utmost urgency for him to burst into his office unannounced.

"It is your female. She has power over us. It depends on us to know that our Luna is locked up. If she commands it, I'm afraid that we might be inclined to let her go. Maybe a better option to this will be keeping her confined to your bedroom."

Ajax suggested as Atlas thought that this wasn't a bad idea. He knew his mate had a power she didn't even know she wielded. Added to that, he could tell that she wasn't your average run-of-the-mill assassin. She was in a special class all her own. And even now, since he had found out that she was his, her influence had nearly doubled. She was such an enigma, a force of nature, and yet he found himself increasingly attracted to that force. The love physics that opposites attract had never proven more true than in their case.

And still, he didn't trust himself to be in proximity to his mate. He couldn't trust Xandros not to want to tear her clothes off at the slightest chance he got. Hell, at this point, he couldn't even trust himself. But then again, he didn't like the fact that she was rotting away in some prison. Maybe the situation was a blessing in disguise.

"Fine, but I'll secure her in my room. She's an asset the camp can't afford to lose."

He smirked, unable to imagine what he was going to do with an assassin as a mate. It wasn't as if she was a pet where he could just feed it and it would become loyal. No, this pet had very sharp teeth. But in retrospect, he guessed his beta was right; it's best to keep your enemies closer.
