"Ladies and gentlemen, Tokyo Airlines welcomes you to Rio. The local time is 2:30 a.m. For your safety and the safety of those around you, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened and keep the aisles clear until we are parked at the gate."

The flight attendants static sounding voice spoke over the intercom, drawing Keigo from his sleep and he stretched the best he could. His wings felt cramped and he was ready to leave the plane. A flight attendant walked past him, gesturing for him to buckle his seatbelt as the were about to land.

He simply waved her off as he buckled the belt and leaned against the window. He could see the city below them, and suddenly the feeling of anxiety washed over him. He wasn't so sure about this, but the commission said it would be good for him.

"Keigo, you're going to Rio." The blond turned his attention to the doctor standing at the door of the dojo. He tilted his head. "What? Why?" He asked as he dropped his stance and called back all the loose feathers around the room.

"For school. You're 18 now, I think it's time you get at least a year of actual school in. It will improve your social skills and get you ready for the real world." The doctor answered as she pushed up her glasses.

Keigo nodded, his brows still furrowed in confusion. "But why Rio? Aren't there plenty of schools around here?" He asked, walking towards her. "Do you not want to go?" She quizzed with a sharp look.

Keigo shook his head and held his hands up defensively. "No! No! Of course I do. I was just wondering why Rio?" The doctor sighed, looking around. She was making sure no one heard.

"The commission doesn't want anyone to know about you. Your a secret weapon, you should know this by now Keigo. You're top secret and no one around here should know about you until it's time."

Keigo let out a frustrated groan. "But when is it time?! You always say I have to wait and I always sit here in this cramped up cage! Why do I have to suddenly go to another country because you guys think that I'm some mentally unwell assassin-!"

A loud smack was heard as a stinging sensation flooded through Keigos cheek. "Know your place Keigo. You're going to Rio first thing Thursday morning. No ifs, ands, and buts about it. Understand?"

Keigo was brought out of his thoughts as the plane touched the ground. His eyes flitted towards the window, catching on the giant statue in the middle of city. Christ the redeemer. A famous statue. So he heard. A voice over the intercom once again drew his attention away from his thoughts.

"Ladies and gentlemen. We welcome you to Rio!"

Clapping resonated throughout the plane, although he had no clue why. Everyone began filing off the plane, and he did the same. He went pass security, soon being filed into a line. It was long and boring, but he eventually made it to the front, seeing a woman with dark curly hair and caramel skin sitting there smacking gum. She was looking over a paper, her nails long and freshly manicured nails skimming over a file.

Keigo cleared his throat slightly, suddenly feeling shy as she looked up at him through her thick red glasses.

She sighed, flicking her fingers as a stack of papers few in front of her. She grabbed a pen from a cup in front of her and clicked it with a smack of her gum.

"Name?" Her Portuguese accent with thick, so it took him a moment to realize what she said he stutter slightly as he replied back. "U-uh Keigo. Keigo Takami." The woman laughed a little and wrote his name down.

"Age?"

"Eighteen."

"Where ya coming from kid?"

"Um Japan."

The woman looked up at his with a raised brow. He suddenly became flustered. Did he say it wrong? He was about to correct himself when her chuckle filled the air. "You know Portuguese well yeah? You an exchange student?" Keigo was taken back by her sudden cheerfulness, but none the less answered her. "Y-yes ma'am." She chuckled again, writing something down before speaking again.

"Quirk?" She said, glancing back at the broad red wings on the boys back. He felt his feathers shiver a moment, his face turned red as he turned to see a young child grasping at a feather. Her mother quickly scolded her, the feather leaving the girls grasp and returning back to its spot in the wing. He gave her a nervous chuckle.

This place was too busy for his liking.

He turned back towards the woman in the booth, his face bright red. This was not a good idea, and seeing the look on the woman's face only made his anxiety worse. "I- uh... it's called fierce wings." The woman let yet another chuckle out. "Alright bird boy," She began, making him straighten up. She grabbed a stamp, stamping the papers before putting them in a manila folder. She reached over and grabbed a pamphlet sitting in a stack, sliding it through the glass.

"Welcome to Rio. Watch out for the girls."
