Chapter 32~

They sat there in a peaceful silence.. looking at the bright shining moon.. the stars were twinkling in the clear sky... They were shinning as if teasing them with their(stars) free and happy life.. whereas sidneet, they were silent.. hollow from inside.. none of them knew what to do and how to do.. they could see problems between them but everything was just so complicated that none of them could solve it alone.. it could be solved only if both come together.. but how?! How is that possible with so many problems between them.. weeks passed with them not talking to eachother.. is it so easy that they'll start talking like before in just a second..
They were lost in their thoughts just staring at the sky.. it was dark all around.. light air and moon light was the only soothing feeling there..

Avu(breaking the silence): uhm.. siddharth.. tumhe kuch kehna tha??
She asked softly... Not sure how she should start.. but someone had to break the ice..
Sid: haan.. voh.. actually..
Avu: bolo...
Sid: meine-
They were interrupted with some noise behind them.. they turned to find jai with two bowls..
Jai: ice-cream aap dono ke liye...
Sid(smiled): thank you..
He responded while taking both the bowls..
Jai smiled back and went down..
Sid passed one bowl to avneet and both sat there having it slowly..
Once again there was silence..
Avu: tum.. tum kuch bol rahe the..
Sid: haan.. woh..
He continued in a very soft tone..
Sid: i broke up with Sarah..
He said as his face never left the moon..
Avu looked towards sid to find him staring at the moon..
Avu(hand on his shoulder): i know.. it's okk..
Sid: no it's not..
The words left his mouth as a drop of tear rolled down..
Avu looked at him and got worried.. she kept her bowl aside and hugged him..
Avu(worried): siddharth..
Avu: you shouldn't have broken up with her..
She said as he hugged her back..
Sid: there wasn't a choice..
Avu pulled back seeing his face..
Avu: abhi bhai told me ki you guys broke up because she is leaving our city.. but sidd.. long distance chalte hai yaar.. atleast give a try..
Sid: no.. i can't..
Avu: siddharth sirf videos mein batate hai ki long distance nahi chalta.. but if you're truly devoted.. it will work.. for sure..
Sid: that's not the problem avni..
Avu(whispered): phir??
Sid: aur waise bhi she isn't going now.. she'll go after few months..
Avu: phir abhi kyun yeh sab kiya??
Sid sat back again staring the moon..
He sighed deeply as he was forming words in his mouth to answer..
Avu: bolo siddharth.. you want to talk about it??
There was silence for a few minutes which sid broke..
Sid(whisper): i am sorry..
Avu got confused.. everything was so confusing.. according to all, sid broke up because she was shifting but turns out she isn't.. a breakup and he is crying.. he likes her but still broke up.. and at last he is saying sorry.. he couldn't understand what's going on..
Avu(whisper): why??
