After leng shang managed to calm down he took some time to recover and remembering what 'She' and him had talked about reminding himself that he needs to calm down and it was the past.... He wasn't that useless anymore..
He went ahead and got out of the bathroom and stayed came back to the place and saw that 'he' wasn't there anymore a bitter smile curved on his lips and he closed his eyes taking a breath once more. After a while he went ahead and walked out of the club and got into his car where he parked it and got in and putting in his seatbelt and starting the engine of the car. He drove back to the leng mansion. The guards greeted him and when he went inside the mansion he saw Yue and the leng family in the living room. He narrowed his eyes and just scoffs brushing it off and going back into his room.
Leng shang climbed upstairs and went inside locking the door from the inside of the room so no one will be able to get in his room without permission... He opened the drawer and got out the laptop inside of it. Arranging everything needed he opened the laptop and went to see the news on socials
*Ding*
Leng shang turned his head to the sound and saw that it was the system
"Finally..."
The system let out a sigh and looked around and saw his host and a pout emoji was in his front window when leng shang saw the emoji he just scoffed at the system. Rolling his eyes he than asked. "What? What do you want now..?"
"Uhmm hello host your the one who wanted me remember? Also what happened host for your emotions to be unstable earlier that the main system had to restarted...?"
Leng shang turned his head back to the laptop in front of him and replied with a nonchalant look. "Yes I do remember and secondly....". Leng shang paused and was having second thoughts if he should tell but after a few seconds he finally decided to. ".... i just remembered something unpleasant.." After that he just started typing on his laptop when he got an a call from an unknown person.
"Hello..?" He tilted his head to the side and furrowed his brows.
"Hi is this Mr Shang?" A voice from the other end greeted and asked.
"And you are..?" Leng Shang's voice was filled with coldness in them and his expression turning into a frown, "I'm Mr Xiao and recently I've heard about the 'Event' that's gonna be happening. I'd like to know if the position is still on vacant" The man asked. His eyes widened. Xiao? As in Hulia Xiao...?. Leng Shang closed his eyes and took a breathe before replying with a. "Yes it is still vacant. If you'd like we can meet up with some others who I invited,"
"That sounds good enough for me I'll meet you there Mr Shang" with that Xiao hang up and Leng Shang leaned back and sighed closing his eyes remembering the past

It's 6:08 in the morning and Leng Shang had just finished his work out. He was leaning against the kitchen counter and was drinking water that he took from the fridge. The sun was just about to rise
Leng Shang got up and went to the stairs. He walker into his room closing the door behind him
Leng Shang had a cold expression on and let out a heavy sigh that he didn't even noticed he was holding in. Leng shang's eyes were redden I and lengs hang slumped down in the wall holding his head and was breathing heavy. Looking up at the window with curtains that was slightly opened letting the light from the sun who was slowly rising into his room
The system had already told him what the new quest was and what he may gain if he accepts it but in the end he said that he'll be thinking about first. The system also said things along the line of The sooner you complete the task host than it'll be a great benefit, The quest was to cultivate and reach the next level and if completed the he will be granted with a year older body than he was in and it can also help in the near future
