Leng Shang got out of his car and walked into the kitchen. Over the two months his hair grew quite abit cause of the upgrade in his cultivation and it's almost gonna reach his shoulders but he just let's it off and ties his hair. Him working out alot everyday at mornings in those months Leng Shang has grown quite the figure and he looks as if his almost at his early 20's
Leng Shang was cooking when a women who looked to be in her 40's or so entered the kitchen and she was 5 ft or so with a fan she was holding over over her face. The Leng family's mistress soon came to view and the two seems to be talking in a mocking way when they noticed that Leng Shang was there.
The women who was known as she was apart of the Shou family who was a famous family for they're medical skills and intelligence
Leng Shang just continued and ignored them for the time being. Leng Shang made Fried rice with egg in them
First he heat up the 1 table spoon of oil in wok. added the selected meat in the wok along with carrots peas and cooked onions, he stir fried it for 2 minutes. Added rice. Green onions and bean sprouts: tossing it to mix, Leng Shang stirred Fried it again for 3 minutes and put 2 table spoon of light soy sauce. He put chopped eggs to rice mixture and fold in and lastly Leng Shang stirred Fried it for another minute and served
A/N: I honestly don't know how to cook so i had to messeged my bestie at the middle of the night to ask how to make stirred fried rice so sorry is this one is incorrect in anyway 🥲 I have no knowledge of how to actually cook but I had to come up with something for this scene so I also did a fair amount of my research with the help of my bff🤡
Mrs Shou who was talking with the mistress of the Leng family saw how Leng Shang cooked it and was intrigued by his way of cooking the fried rice. It was rare to see a man cooking and so much more if his cooking was this well but what was more confusing is that Leng Shang was a 5 ft boy with a muscular figure but still cooks in the kitchen..?
He should either be in the school grounds or talking with people his age but instead he was at home and staying with his family and helping with the chores that should be left for the maids. Leng Shang was also more mature than teens his age and instead of any ordinary young masters of rich family's he was more different.
By the way that Leng Shang did all those as if it was nothing. The Leng madam must be so lucky to have a son who's this intelligent and talented

Leng Shang ate the fried rice and the two women we're already out of the kitchen. He stood up from his seat and took the plate to the dishwasher and placing it there
He went out of the kitchen and went outside to the gardens. Leng Shang let out a bitter smile and a breath that he himself didn't notice he had been holding in, The flowers were blooming and was beautiful. There are different kinds of flowers and all but Leng Shang just walk passed those as he entered the greenhouse where a tree was planted nearby it in the past
The greenhouse had always given Leng Shang a slight comfort feeling and he had always gone here whenever he was holding too much in and needed to take a breather from all the things thats been happening lately. This greenhouse was his mother's and both of them used to go in here with Guangzhou in the past. Leng Shang would always chase Yue and the both will be teasing and playing while they would also talk and talk about what's on their mind or memories and after that the three will mostly be in the kitchen cooking and baking.
A traitorous tear slipped out of Leng shang's eyes remembering those happy times. A bitter smile rose on his lips and walked to the small pond in the greenhouse. As Leng Shang let his eyes looked around the place images and memories of the past appeared like when Leng Shang and Yue was trying to fly a kite and it got stuck
Leng Shang walked closer to the small pond and sat there with a small smile across his face and his hair goes with the wind as he closed his eyes taking in breaths to calm himself down,
Leng Shang stayed in the greenhouse admiring the scenery of the flowers and small pond and getting a piece of calmness for once since he got back. It was now afternoon and leng shang finally stood up walking to the exit of the greenhouse where he saw the tree that was planted there when he's grandparents visited years ago

The man glanced at the woman who was known as Mei Lou Shou. She was a beauty but apart from that she was skilled at things. They were sopposedly to be engaged in the past but he had refused countless times and at some point the man had already had enough of it so he threatened the Shou family and they soon stopped pestering him
He looked into his watch on he's wrist and see's the time. His faced turned into a slight frown and he just walks to the stairs while Mei was confused by his actions Why would Boss check the time and suddenly had a slight frown..? But Mei Lou knew better than to interfere with the man's business and so ignored it. She turned around and walked to.the kitchen getting herself a water bottle from the fridge

He walked through the stairs and went in his study. Closing the doors behind him and walked to the chair before sitting there. He pulls out a a necklace from a drawer and opens it too reveal a picture of two women who looks like they're in they're middle 20's and a young girl with a boy beside her. And a younger version of him was besides the boy Infront of one of the women in the picture
The two women in the picture had wavy red hair was about 5'2 and blue eyes with tanned skin. It was his mother:Ella Yang. The women next to his mother had Black short hair. Her height was about 5'4 and Black sharp eyes but still had a unique and captivating smile. It was his aunt: Jenna Leng. The little girl in the picture had chubby cheeks and a cute smile. Her hair was blonde and her eyes were green. Next the boy in the picture had chubby cheeks and a cute smile. His eyes were round and cute but at the same time he gave off abit of manly aura around him.
It's been years since the last time cause him and his mom had to move out of there and that was when he was 8. They took that picture when they were all in the greenhouse. A small smile curved in his lips and his eyes softened at the thought of the past
