The Brain is a selfish thing, isn't it?
It named itself and then claimed the title of the SUperior Organ. The Powerhouse. The only thing keeping all living things alive!
It has led us to believe that we cannot live without it! The same could be said about coffee, eh?
What about our other vital organs, you might argue, you clever little thing, you.
However, our brain will quickly remind us that if it for some reason decided to stop working, to stop sending commands to those 'vital organs', You'll Die!
The Brain is chaotic. It is desperate and it is needy. It desires attention and needs to be needed.
It doesn't remind you of the brain-dead patients living in a vegetative state! It doesn't discuss how despite the poor living conditions, those people are still alive!
It doesn't like us knowing that we can function at the most basic level with the help of a few machines!
The Brain is smart; it is also childish. Always growing, but never grown.
It is constantly convincing us to do things that will ultimately lead to trouble, all for the 'learning process'.
It teaches us that certain things are unhealthy, but then jumps at the chance to try something that could harm it because it wanted to 'learn what it was like'.
On top of this sporadic behavior, Dear Human, the brain harms its host!
