I guess it's not their fault that they were brought up in such an environment where only the pretty ones are appreciated and accompanied. I don't expect people around me to treat me differently when the only thing they've known since they were born is to judge! I can't change their mindset but can surely change mine. I hereby say proudly that I don't need any societal approval to be called pretty. I don't want that guy or girl to look at me and feel conscious about the way they look. I don't want that relative in the occasions I attend to tell me that I have grown prettier. No, I don't want that kind of approval from people who do not know me. The only thing that is gonna matter and will always matter is how I SEE MYSELF!
If you feel pretty and confident then nobody is ever going to steal that from you. Get your inner confidence out and show the world that you don't need to have the outer looks to be known in this world. There's a lot more than a perfect pretty face for a human. I'm sorry for the people around me as they're just losing this opportunity of knowing a lot of amazing people just by judging their looks. "Don't judge a book by its cover" is just a saying not reality though!
