(also this takes place before episode 8 and i kinda see rosa, aiden, james, and lake being like a little friend group thats why they talk to each other so much totally not because they're my top favorite characters okay NOW READ LMAO)

Lake's POV:

I woke up to the irritation of someone shaking me awake. I had fallen asleep under the tree where I spend most of my time studying, and I guess someone wanted me awake. I open my eyes to see Rosa standing above me.
"Lake! I have to tell you something really important." Rosa starts. She drags the 'really' part.
"Something that important you woke me up? Whatever, its fine, whats going on?" I reply
"Well... Hunter, Ally, and Tess had the idea to invite the orange team over to the green teams cabin and we'd stay the night over there!" Rosa exclaims.
"A sleepover? Ive never been to a sleepover before. Did you wanna go?" I ask.
"Of course! We have to go! And yes, you are coming. Ive already made up my mind!" Rosa laughs.
I check the time on my watch. Its a bit late, the time being 4:00PM.
"Its sort of late. Maybe we should go get ready now, just in case." I say.
Rosa nods, and I get up from my spot to follow her to the cabin. Rosa keeps going on about her sleepovers she had when she was younger with her friends and the sleepovers her daughter, Sofia, has had with her friends daughter too. It makes me feel a little upset hearing how much freedom and how happy Sofia already is. Its not like I wish she didnt have that happiness, I just wish I had some of it too. Anyways, once we reach the cabin, we both go to pick out some pajamas to wear to the sleepover. While im deciding which pair of pajamas to wear, Rosa walks up behind me while putting her hand on my shoulder.
"Which pair are you gonna pick? I picked this one, I know you have one similar to it so I thought we could match!" Rosa smiles at me.
She shows me her pajamas she picked. It was a white t-shirt with some pink pants.
"Im pretty sure I have something similar to that. Let me look real quick." I say.
I shuffle through my clothes looking for the pair of pajamas that could possibly match the ones Rosa picked out. While im rummaging through them, someone knocks on the door. Rosa shouts for them to come in, and Aiden and James walk in together.
"Hi Aiden! Whats up?" I start saying to Aiden.
"Hey Lake! Me and James were just coming in here to look for our pajamas for the sleepover later tonight. Wait, you know about it right? Did Rosa tell you?" Aiden questions.
"Don't worry, I told her." Rosa replies.
"Great, I didn't feel like explaining it anyways. What are you gonna be wearing?" Aiden asks me.
"Im trying to find something that could match with Rosa. She got a pink and white outfit, for reference." I responded.
"Thats nice! You know what, I think we should all go to the sleepover together. Like, were already going, but we just stick together. You know what I mean?" Aiden exclaims.
"Actually, that sounds like a good idea. Were all pretty close anyways. It'll be fun!" James adds on. I watch him put his arm around Aiden, causing him to turn a dark shade of red. I laugh a bit to myself at that fact.
"Yeah! Why don't we just all go. Did you wanna do that Lake?" Rosa says to me.
Sure! It sounds like a good plan." I say.
"Then its settled. Why don't we all just stay in here until we have to go? We can just hang out and talk or something." James also says.
We all agree, and everyone sits on Aidens bed. Rosa and James are talking about something, and Aiden and I are talking about what the next challenge could possibly be. While Aiden and I are talking, Rosa interrupts all of us.
"I have an idea for something to keep us entertained! Why don't we do like Truth or Dare, but without the Dare part." Rosa announces.
"So just like... a game of truth?" Aiden teases.
"Well... yeah! Like that. You all up for it?" Rosa asks.
"I mean... ill do it!" I say a bit hesitantly.
Aiden and James also agree, and Rosa thinks of something to ask.
"Okay, James. Im genuinely just curious, but how did your fame start?" Rosa asks.
James goes on and on about this long story about him posting a video and it going really viral. To be honest, it bored me. I tried not to show him that his story was boring and played it off cool, trying not to make him feel bad. Finally, he finishes his story and its now his turn to pick someone to ask them something.
"Lake." He says.
"Yes...?" I nervously reply.
"Do you like any boys at this camp?" James teases.
"Boys?" I pause for a moment.
I actually don't really even think about boys that much. Ive always tried to come up with scenarios with me and a man together, but its been so hard, for specific reasons. I cant ever seem to think of the perfect man. I try to think of a lie to make up. I know it's against the rules of the game, but i didn't really know what else to say. I cant really think of anyone to say, not even a lie, so I simple just say...
"Nope. I don't like anyone here." I answer.
"Seriously? Man, that was boring." James complains. I roll my eyes at him.
This game seems to continue on for what seems like a life time. Back and forth go the questions, and the game soon gets too tiring to play anymore. Suddenly, I remember the sleepover that we were supposed to be at later, wondering how much longer we'd have to wait. I pull out my phone and see that I have a message from Hunter.
