Chapter 17: The Fallen Hero

Hello readers!! Well.. just another heads up. There will be some words within the chapter that will be italicized and be bold so read the bold italicized words carefully. It's a clue~ I'll be explaining it later and!! this chapter will have a part with Twilight... who mostly become a yandere. DX

Chapter 17: The Fallen Hero

You stepped inside the black void, a cold wind blowing your hair. Sending chills down your spine, you can sense six persons inside the void. But in the place you're in right now, you can sense two.

"Oh~? Look who decided to join us~"

A voice cooed and your eyes started to narrow as you look behind you. Indeed there was the familiar girl, "Rin." You said with venom. A grin stretched at her lips,
"What brings you here, princess?" She asked and you grunted. "Where are they?" You asked and she tapped her chin in a mocking way. "Too bad though, I only have one of them." She answered and you scowled, "Where are the Links?" You snapped. And she smirked, stepping aside. You blinked in confusion, but widening your eyes when a green clad Hero stepped out of the shadows.

"..L-Link..?" You stuttered, taking steps back in shock of what the Hero had become. He looked at you, and his lips turned to an evil sadistic grin. His eyes were now a scarlet like color, and it seems like they were flaming. His skin was paler than before and instead of a bubbly blue fairy by his side, it was colored the same with his eyes.
"Why hello there, princess~" he cooed, seeming like he was overcome with sadness. "What did you do to him?" You angrily snapped at the girl beside him, and Rin smirked. "Well let's say I have already overtakem his heart and filled it with jealousy, my work is great, no?" She asked with a laugh and you scowled.

"How dare you-!!" You yelled when Link suddenly grabbed your hand tightly. Causing you to squirm in his tight grip on your wrists, "Link. Let go!" You said and he grinned widely. "Why would I, princess? Don't you like me?" He asked and you froze, did you like him?

"I like the Link I know, not you!!" You yelled and thrash out of his grip, but he kept it with a firm grip. He went silent for a bit, his expression held an unknown feeling that can't be described by words,
"Do you like the other two over me?" He asked simply and you winced a little. Staring at him with eyes as wide as saucers, "I-I.." you stuttered. Afraid of his reaction. The evil glint in his eyes darkened and you gulped,

"N-No." You amswered and he grinned, hoooking his arm around your waist and pulling you closer to his body. You stared at his now ruby eyes, then you scoffed. He rose a brow, "I pick no one from the three of you." You answered bluntly and his eyes widened. Then he pushed you away roughly, then pulled out his sword. You look around, noticing that Rin had disappeared. "You bad Princess, come here." Link said evilly, walking to you with his sword in hand. He's going to kill you!?

"Heavenly Light!" You said and you summoned your staff and pointed it to him, the said Hero glowing as light nearly blinded his eyes. "Gah! Stop it!!" He cried before going in his knees, you stopped the spell to see a panting Link. He dropped the sword to the ground and you walk towards him slowly with caution, he look up and you gave a small smile. His ruby eyes slowly turned back to blue, and his pale skin revert back to a fair one.

"P-princess?"

He asked and you smiled, "Welcome back, Hero."

"Look who showed up," Hayru grinned while placing a hand at Twilight's shoulder. "Remove your hand," you snapped and she giggled before complying. "Twilight.." you muttered, walking closer to his grinning form. Strangely, his eyes were the color of blood. His dirty blonde hair had a dark shade of what looked like gold and his forest green tunic was a lot darker. "I'm not going to loose to my other incarnations, princess." He said simply while reaching out his gloved hand towards you. "Come with me." He said and you backed away from him, he saw the fear in your eyes and he frowned.
"Why are you afraid?" He asked and you shook your head, "No! You're not Twilight!!" You cried and he glared at you coldly. Before unsheathing his Master Sword, Hayru grinned in satisfaction before disappearing. He ran to you with a battle cry and swing down his sword at you, you quickly jumped to the right. "Twilight!!" You said and he did a spin attack, you jumped in the air as he finished the attack and you warped beside him. He noticed this and tried to slice your arm, you gasped whilst he smirked as he cut a portion of your arm.
"Wake up, Twilight!" You cried and he let out an angry cry before doing a horizontal slash, and you blocked it with your staff.
