Chapter 26: Hallucinations or Reality?

The Links walk along with Jinx, spend the night in the woods. Strange but sweet because she had her own house hidden in the Woods, she was upset; the Links could tell easily. "Would you three like some tea?" She blurted and the Links nervously nodded before standing up and walking to the dining room and the Links swore they saw her eyes flashed (c). "Come to the dining room after two minutes." She answered as she disappeared in the room,
"She's acting weird.." Twilight said and Link nodded with confusion spread over him.

Then a minute passed and they walked inside the dining room and stopped dead in their tracks as their eyes widened. You were sitting on the chair while sipping your hot tea, your hair shined brightly as your eyes traveled to them. "Oh. Come and drink your tea, Links." You said with a small smile and they walked closer before sitting. The Links kept staring at you and it made you feel uncomfortable, "Are you three alright?" You asked and they blinked before looking back at you. And they gasped, you were not there anymore but instead, Jinx was there.

"H-huh?" They asked and Jinx narrowed her brows, "I said, are you three alright?" She asked and they didn't respond. "You three look kinda pale like you've seen a spirit." She answered and they gulped, was Jinx you? No, impossible. You are waaay different! "We're fine!" They said and her eyes softened, "We will leave tomorrow. I got three spare rooms, make yourself at.. home." She replied bluntly before washing her cup and placing it neatly beside the plates. "Drink your tea while they're hot." She said and disappeared as she went upstairs.

"Do you really think she's the princess?" Twilight asked and Link shrugged, "But you saw it, right?" He asked and Sky shook his head. "We did but she's too way different than her!" He replied and they all sighed.
"We must save this timeline's Hyrule, too." Link said as a tear fell down his eye, "I miss her already.. why did she have to sacrifice? For the sake of... us?" Twilight muttered.

They talked for an hour before deciding to go to sleep and on they go.

---Morning---

Jinx woke up early and went out to a nearby spring where she promised she'll meet with someone.

"Why can't I do it?"

"You must wait, patience is a virtue."

"Patience isn't my virtue."

"Fine. Just wait 'till you and them have defeated her again."

"Understood,"

When she ran back to her house, she was surprised to see the Links wide awake. "Oh, woke up early? How.. unusual." She spoke which catched their attention. "Back in Hyrule, I can't get you three to wake up--" she said and Link cut her off with a small confused stare, "How did you know?" He asked and Jinx shrugged. "I got dreams now and then and most of it were actually visions." She replied bluntly before picking up her Master Sword and Hylian Shield in the corner and strapping them to her back. "Call your horses, we're going out. Search for the evil that lurks and kill it, return home safely, period." She said sternly before tightening her brown boots and grabbing her pouches before walking out. Jinx was pretty stern about it, she's really serious..

"Hiyaah!" They all yelled as they kicked their horses' sides slightly and their horses sprinted faster and faster as they approached Lost Woods. Soon, they arrived and jumped down their horses before getting greeted by a familiar tune echoing in the woods. They followed the source 'till they come across a teen girl like them, "Good morning, Laria." Jinx bowed down and the Links' eyes widened, Laria? Saria?
