Chapter 4 : Confusion

Chapter 4: Confusion

Sky and Link ran over to the princess' body. The princess, barely alive, breaths slowly, she was in pain, deep pain that is hard to endure. "Why did you have to save me Princess? If I was the one who needs to save you" Link said, the princess laughed slightly. "B-because the two of you.. are fated... to do so" she said, her voice merely audible. The two Heroes were terrified, if the princess was gone then who will be the one to control the time!?

'Please don't die, Name!' Sky thought, and the princess giggled. "Not today.." she said and weakly sat up, she would only do this because Hyrule depends on the three of them. "Give me your hands.." the princess ordered, the two blushed slightly and the princess scoffed. "Now is not the time for the two of you to blush, now do it before I.. gah, die." She replied, groaning as the pain increased. The two held out their hands and the princess hold their hands, focusing on borrowing slight of their energy so she could heal herself. Their hands glowed (c) the princess knew that they had cuts and severe bruises at their bodies so she should heal them too so red potions will not be wasted easily. "C-close your eyes" she said and they did what was told, then channeling her energy to their bodies, they started to float from the ground while glowing, you glowed light (c), Link glowed bright green while Sky glowed a light blue color. Their aura is quite good and suitable for their attitudes, so the process will be good enough. The princess let go of their hands while floating in the air, "W-woah.." Sky muttered as Link laughed. "I.. I'm actually floating.." Link said and then the princess summoned a harp, strumming the strings as she started to sing softly,

Day to night, dark to light,
Fall the sands of time.
Let the years like the gears
Of a clock unwind

In your mind walk through time
Back to better days.
Memories, like a dream,
Wash tears away.

Like a star in the sky,
Darkness can't reach you
Light the night, joy is light,
Till the new dawn.

Cast away your old face
Let go your spite,
With this mask I'll ask
To borrow your light

As soon as you played it, you felt your stabs and cuts healed. Then the three of you felt the ground again, you opened your eyes to see that you're fully healed. The Heroes thanked you for what you've done to them, you smiled at them but your once beautiful and sparkling eyes were now dull. You didn't want to happen it so quickly, then you suddenly run outside, running to the hallways then towards the garden, ignoring the shouts of the boys.

It was already dark out, you mentally cursed and you quickly run towards the center of the garden, glaring when you saw a figure. You pulled out your rapier as it glowed a bright white and you pointed it at the figure, "Why are you here?!" You yelled, and the hooded figure walk towards you and pulled their hood, Zelda. "Zelda.." you said and she nodded, "Is Link even protecting you, Name?" She asked and you nodded. "He did, but earlier, I was the one who saved him, Sky is here too" you said and she nodded, determination glued to her face. "Name, I ran out of Hyrule.. the kidnapper you told me was coming to get me, do you have by any chance a plan?" She asked and you nodded. "Come, quickly" you said as you grab her wrist and teleported in your large library.

"Zelda, you need to stay here for a couple of days until the kidnapper knows where you are" you explained and she nodded, but fear was seen in her blue eyes. "Yes, but who would take care of Hyrule!?" She said, panicking. You shook your head, "I sent a clone of you, don't worry, Impa knows" you said and she nodded with a sigh of relief. "Thank you very much, Name! How could I ever repay you?!" Zelda said, thanking you a couple of times. "Just promise me, that you won't go near the Links for now.." you said and she rose a brow, "Huh, why?" She asked and you facepalmed. "They're.. about to have a mental breakdown if they found out you're being targeted again" you said and she smiled, nodding. "You can sleep in my room if you want"
