Leah's pov

*Flashback*

When I first entered the tattoo shop I was so overwhelmed that I almost started crying. I held myself and went to the cashier. There I met a girl named Samantha who was pretty nice and was the owner of the shop. I talked to her and explained I was looking for a job and I always wanted to work on a tattoo shop, since drawing was my life and I loved to help others express themselves on their own skin.

She was happy with my answer and asked me for some sketches. Wondering she would ask that, I brought my book where I used to draw. I saw her flip some pages and smiling. Maybe she likes my work?

"Have you ever tattooed someone?" She asked.

"I did, but it was a simple rose on an arm, nothing to big." I said with sadness in my voice, as I remembered me tattooing Oliver. He always said I would be a great tattoo artist, and one day he asked me to draw something on him.

"I really like your draws, maybe if I teach you some things about tattooing, you could be a big artist." She said with enthusiasm.

"I would love to!" I replied with tears of joy in my eyes.

After that we planned when I would get my lessons and a month later I was already working as a tattoo artist. I was finally doing something I loved and this could get me to forget the man I loved the most.

*Back to present*

Three years had passed since all of that happened. I still hadn't forgot Oli, but I didn't think of him that much. I was one of the best tattoo artists on the store I worked and I couldn't be more happy. I met new friends and me and Samantha, my boss, had a really good friendship.

Today I had a free morning and only had to work at 1pm. It was already 11am when I woke up and felt like going for a walk. When I got ready I went out and felt the breeze blowing my hair. November was always this cold here. Moments later I saw a little park and sat at one of the benches, enjoying the sounds of the trees dancing with the wind.

I closed my eyes to enjoy this moment the fullest and seconds later I felt a tap on my shoulder. When I opened my eyes, my body froze.

"Leah? Is that you?" The man asked. I could easily recognize him, he hadn't change that much.

"Yes, it's me, Matt." I said, looking down at my feet.

"Holy shit, I thought I would never see you again." He said before attacking me with a hug. I tensed at first, but I couldn't resist the urge to hug him back. He was like my brother, and I left him behind. Smiling and hugging back, I could hear him sighing.

"I missed you too, Matty."

"You look different." He smiled, sitting next to me.
