matt gives what feels like is 1000th fake smile of the night and sighs when the person turns away. he's at this party that he just doesn't want to be at but everyone keeps trying to talk to him. he feels like he's making it obvious he doesn't want to talk, but no one is taking the hint.
the last time matt talked to someone at a party, he got posted on a the influencer news account. he's trying to prevent that from happening again... oh who is he kidding? it's just an excuse for him to be in a bad mood the whole night. he honestly blames nick and chris for forcing him to come. they could've ubered or something but instead, they dragged matt out of the house.
matt is tired of all these parties. half the people in the room have been drinking since the sun started setting and are showing no signs of stopping. even if matt did want to talk to someone, they're all drunk out of their minds. he's looking around for people he knows and sees no one. he knows that chris is off in the hot tub somewhere, but he's not in the mood. he just wants to go home and watch netflix.
