I'm pondering over which package of organic strawberries to buy when my phone rings. The caller ID says it's Dr. Kim. Oh no, did I leave something at his house? Why else would he be calling me at 11:30 AM? I must've left something, how embarrassing!
I answer.
"Hello, is this Mr. Kim Seokjin?" A small voice on the other end of the line asks. Jimin.
"Why yes it is, did I leave something at your house?"
"No. Appa needs your help." Jimin says mysteriously
"My help? With what?"
"He's sick," Jimin replies sounding solemn
Something about the way he says it makes my stomach lurch and I almost drop my phone. "Okay, I'm coming."
"Thank you, Mr. Kim." He hangs up abruptly.
I hurry to pay for my groceries and drive straight to Dr. Kim's house. Aigoo! Why does it have to be so out of the way?
I arrive and the door is opened for me by Jungkook. He smiles.
"Hello, Mr. Kim. Thank goodness you're here."
"Yes, where is your father?" I look around but he's nowhere to be seen.
"Appa is sleeping." Jimin says, "Now do you know how to treat a cold?"
"A cold!? Oh, thank god." I sigh in relief
"Hey, that's not very nice!" Jungkook says
"Yah! You punks are the not nice ones! You made it sound like he was dying on the phone."
They just giggle. I frown dramatically at them. I can see they are worried about their father and I should try to cheer them up.
"We should probably let him sleep a bit more. Are you all hungry?"
"Yes, we had breakfast very early while Appa was still asleep." Jungkook explains'
"Alright, how would you like some lunch?"
"Okay, we can all help!"

Soon the sandwiches are made and the children are sitting down to eat. I hear someone coming down the stairs. Namjoon.
The only thing I can think of is that he looks adorable, soft and cuddly in his yellow hoodie and joggers with a blanket around his shoulders.
