It was late at night when you awoke to a taping, startling from your peaceful sleep. You shot up, searching your room drowsily for the source of the noise. Your space was empty, and for a second, you believed that you were going crazy.

Then you heard the tapping again, this time from your window. You jumped from your bed, grabbing a tool you were using on the radio earlier that was sharp and heavy enough to do damage before rushing to the window and throwing the curtains back.

A loud gasp came from your mouth as you stared in shock at what you saw. Before you stood a giant yellow robot with glowing blue eyes. You opened your mouth to scream, but a big finger was gently pressed against your mouth, just enough to stop you from screaming.

"Shhhh," It said or rather played quietly from its radio. As you analyzed it, you realized it had the same color scheme and markings as Sam's car.

"Calm down, doll. Can we talk? I promise I won't harm you." It played quietly in different voices.

You thought for a moment weighing your options. You were scared to death and feared for your life, but you were also curious. This was the most advanced robotics you had ever seen, and it baffled you how any human could have made it.

Coming to a conclusion, you nodded your head. The robot lifted its fingertip from your mouth, allowing you to move your mouth again. It offered its hand on the outside of the window.

"You want me to climb on?" You asked it. To which it nodded. "Ok, you better not drop me or hurt me; I'm trusting you here." You said before wearily climbing onto the hand. You carefully stood but fell on your ass as it lowered you to the ground.

You hurriedly hopped off onto the stable grass, crouching to be closer to eye-level with you.

"We need to go somewhere with more cover; if anyone sees you, I'll be screwed." You said.

The robot then transformed into Sam's car with a sudden noise before popping open its car door for you. You reluctantly climbed in the driver's seat, the car starting to drive with you in the car.

"Ok, what the hell are you, and why the hell are you knocking on the window at like two am?" You asked it, trying to put on a false sense of bravery.

"You'll know soon," It said.

"Ok, that was creepy as shit; where the hell are you taking me anyways?" You asked shakily.

"To call the others." It responded.

"The others?" You asked.

"Allies, Autobots." It sounded out. It was evident that the robot had trouble communicating correctly with the radio.

"So you're not going to kill me?" You asked.

"What- No." It responded with a line from a movie.

"Ok, what's your model name?"

"Model name?" It repeated back to you.

"You're a robot, right? Your creators must have given you a name."

"Bumblebee." It answered your question.

"Oh, that's a very fitting name. I guess it's nice to meet you, Bumblebee", you commented.

After fifteen minutes of driving, it pulled back quietly into an abandoned junkyard. It parked and opened the driver's door, prompting you to climb out before transforming back into its massive robot form. It leaned down, offering you a hand to step onto.

"Sorry, I prefer the stable ground." You rejected it and shrugged, stepping forward. You followed closely on its heels; it was dark and a bit spooky in the junkyard.
