So in this story the marauders graduated Hogwarts. James and the rest of the boys(except peter) decided to move in together. When they get a new neighbour, who James suddenly takes an interest to.

I gather up enough courage to knock on the door, but as soon as I knock she opens the door.
"Hello Jamie, what are you doing here?" She asked. "Well I came here to ask you something." I answered clearly nervous "Will you go on a date with me tomorrow?" I ask nervously. "OMG!!Yes, yes I will!" She answered and I released the breath I didn't know I was holding.
"That's great news, see you tomorrow then." I say with a grin. "See ya tomorrow Jamie" she replies
Alexis' POV:
Did he just ask me out on a date? And did I just accept? I couldn't be anymore happier than I am right now.
"Guys! Get down here right now!" I yell excited to tell them what just happened. They came rushing down the hall. "What is it?" Scarlet ask clearly confused by the situation. "James asked me out on a date!" I exclaimed. "HE DID WHAT NOW?!?!" Leo and Scarlet both exclaim in unison. "He asked me, but its no big deal." I say casually. "Sis, what if he hurts you?" Leo asks with a frown. "He won't, I just know he won't." I try reassuring him

OMG!! Today is the DAY!! The date I have been waiting for. Now getting out of bed heading to my closet looking at my options.

Gosh! Why am I so nervous? It's just a date! But it's a date with HIM... With James Potter... The guy I liked since I met him. My thoughts was quickly interrupted by the sound of yelling
"ALEXIS ROSE HARPER, COME DOWNSTAIRS, YOUR DATE IS WAITING!" Leo yells. "Coming!" I yell back.
I left my room and headed towards my door when I saw James.
"Hey Jamie, you look nice" I compliment him. "Thank you lex. Ready to go?" He asked without complimenting me, how rude. "Oh, you look really beautiful." He spoke up.
