"bye mom! i promise i"ll be back at 7!" Sonic yelled, marching out of the house. "you should be!" a female voice yelled back. The azured re-
adily flashes out of sight, he make sure his in the right path to avoid getting caught off guard
at the unfamilliar buildings. he pass through multiple cars on the streets, sometimes bump-
ing one of it.
He gazed left and right, making each turns, and boost his speed more when his destination is almost close.
at the last turn, his eyes caught a house a inch away from him that is very look-alike of how Shadow described it to him. he descreased his speed, stopping at his tracks and stood infront of the house.
his eyes move to a nearby door-bell beside the house, as he step forward. he reaches out to the button, pushing it --- a ring rang shortly after he pulled away his hand.
he hope this is the right house, or embarress-
ment will totally kill him after this.
he look at the door, soon has open up by a slig-
htly tall women, a pretty women. he thought the black-stripes will open but he guess not. he assumed she was her mother, he can tell by the looks but less grumpy, more of a cheerful look-
ing unlike the ebon.
She flash a small smile, looking down at the azure one smilling back later. "Oh hello! are you Shadow's science partner?" she said, Sonic nodded in response and was gifted with more beamed of smiles from her, really brighthen his day.
"well then, come in Shadow's is in his room" she step at the side gesturing him to come in, Sonic smiled and step forward while his eyes were scanning the room. the house was nice and tidy. he thought.
as he was gazing around, his eyes landed at a ebony but taller. he thought it was Shadow for a moment, but he immadietly notice his stripes were teal not red. he look carefully at the ebony, it notice his stares and was turned around. eyes were green.
he looks like Shadow, but more, dark green color.
Mephiles! The ebony wave, muching on a sandwhich. Sonic wave back.
for a sudden, the azure ears perk at the side hearing the noise of footsteps on the stairs nearby. he look over only to see Shadow walking down. Sonic snickered at him seeing him with a hoodie, and messy quills is making him look silly.
"hi Shadzz" he exclaimed, "stop calling me th--- you know what just for get it" his voice was groggy, and deepen. Sonic cheeks turn bright pink for a while as he shook it off instantly.
"did you just woke up?" Sonic chuckled, coming forward to Shadow. "your too early hedgehog." he rub his eyes, standing still at the stairs, narrowing at the blue-hedge. "don't be excited."
"you said early!" "no i didn't."
Sonic rolled his eyes, placing his hands on his hip.
Shadow let out an sighed and pinch the bridge of his nose, he gently grab his hand and pulled him up the stairs leading him to his room.
Sonic cheeks flush feeling the gentle touch on his hand suprised him, as he was led up the stairs his eyes were focus on the black-stripes.
he can't help but giggle at him.
