Here's the list of Species:

Hybrids - Humans with animal-like features

Human - A regular human with no abilities whatsoever

Progeny - A turned vampire that was once human

Half Breed - A half human and half of anything born from a human and a full fledged being

Fables - Animal fairy tale creatures turn human to "fit in" within the city of Tale City
