Personality: To humans, Matt is very kind and gentle. To demons, he'll have his shotgun ready. Matt despises demons since he came to Heaven after he died. He becomes protective and pretty smart, having to kill alot of demons during his time. He comes off distant, even to humans he has never seen in the books.

Backstory: Matthew lived a simply life. He had a normal family, never got into trouble but didn't have any siblings or friends he grew up with.
He spend most of his studying while others were parting. He was around 25, on his way to his part time job when a speeding car came into his view and died from it.
There, he was sent to heaven and became an angel. Unfortunately for him, they were in the middle of a war with Diavolo and his generals.
Matthew was taken to one of the Lords of Hell, Belphegor for interrogation and torture Loosing his left eye in the process. A few angels were able to get him to safety and fix him up. There, he helped the rest but lost the war due to being the only survivor.
Killing any demons in his path, he earn the nickname: Demon Slayer
