Riverdale High had a major change in school history. Cheryl Blossom was challenged by another student. Something that has never happened to Cheryl. Losing to the new kid from Colorado. Amayla had tense anxiety for her sister; worried about the fact that she caused the unimaginable and angry because she did the unimaginable.

Amayla was angry at her sister because she knew Cheryl's backstory of her losing her brother last year. Why would she take this away from her?

Diana waves at the crowd, and as the crowd cheers, Cheryl runs out of the gymnasium in complete tears. As Amayla gets off the bleachers and leaves the gymnasium, she already wants to leave the school.

Amayla puts her books into her locker and slams her door shut. All she wanted was a normal day or, as a matter of fact, a normal life without her sister making it all about herself. Reggie leaves the gymnasium door and spots Amayla, laying her head on her locker door.

"Hey, are you okay?" Reggie asks. Amayla exhales as she stares at him.

"No... I wish I could leave here.."

Reggie smiles and holds up the car keys.
"Let's go then."

Amayla's eyes widen. Even though she wanted to leave, she didn't want to miss school, especially on her first day.

"Reggie, I want to leave, but it is my first day, and I don't want to skip.." Amayla says as she looks down. Even though she was lying through her teeth because she had never skipped a class in her life.

Reggie puts his car keys in his pocket and looks at Amayla. He could tell she was uneasy and that she wanted to burst, but she was holding it in. Reggie is about to open his mouth until Archie comes out of nowhere and spikes up a conversation with Amayla.

"Hey, I noticed you left in a hurry.. You alright?" Archie asks.

Amayla exhales. "I'm okay, I just can't believe - no, never mind, I'm not even shocked. She has always done this the moment we were kids."

Reggie and Archie look at each other and back at Amayla. Amayla looks at them and says:

"Hey, I'm going to go... I'll see you guys later... Reggie, can I still ride with you?"

Reggie nods.

"Okay, bye.." Amayla waves as she walks down the hallway.

Archie and Reggie watch Amayla as she fully disappears into the crowd of Riverdale students and finally have the conversation they were longing to do.

"Back off Archie."

"You back off, Mantle. I'm interested in Amayla."

"So am I."

"Then I guess she is gonna have to decide who she will like soon enough."

Reggie glares at Archie. "I don't get you Andrews," Reggie says. "First you take Veronica, you guys break up. Then she started dating me. You broke up with her because you couldn't treat her right. You two get back together again, broke up again, and now look at you."

Archie glares at Mantle. Archie always held a grudge over Mantle dating Veronica due to his struggle of being in prison. But they forgave each other, they didn't let a girl break their friendship. But it will always have a crack in the picture frame.

"Yeah. That is what happened, Mantle." says Archie. "But it doesn't give a fact you broke code -"

"Fuck the goddamn code." Reggie says as he gets up in Archie's face. "You get to have everything you want. Your Dad. The team. Veronica. But for goddamn once can you stop thinking about yourself and think about other people's feelings? I finally started to show interest into someone, and you just want to suck it up from me."

Archie understood Reggie's point. His Dad was never around. It was only him and his mom ever since the abuse had finally exited the Mantle Home. Mrs. Mantle was finally at peace and joyful with the no longer tense or fearful the moment Mr. Mantle walked into the house. But Archie was so used to having the simple life in Riverdale that he was used to getting everything or everyone he wanted.

Andrews looks at Mantle with a somewhat bitter look and says:

"Be a man Reg. If you want Amayla so bad, then fight for her."

Mantle stands in silence as Andrews leaves him alone in the hallway. Reggie clenches his fist in anger, wanting and needing to punch Andrews for what he just said. But as always, he held his anger and rage in a box, never wanting to release it into the world due to his father always opening the box and harming the people who loved him with it.

As Riverdale High's Hallway spirals with students talking about the ultimate beatdown of Cheryl Blossom, Amayla runs to the bathroom to find peace and quiet. When she found a couple of minutes to cope, she was about to leave when she heard weeping from the bathroom stall.

Amayla was curious about who was crying, but she already knew who it was.

"Um... Cheryl? Is that you?" Amayla says as she knocks on the stall door.

The weeping stopped for a split second until the stall door slams open. Cheryl is sitting on the closed toilet seat with her leg on the door, glaring at Amayla as the tears flow through her pale cheeks.

"You're her sister.. aren't you?."
