'FINALLY!!!'

You just arrived at the apartment's front door, after a grueling long and awkward walk, no one turning to dust and no one confronting your little weirdo group!

Trying to wiggle your arm free from Daki, you were barely able to grab your keys out and unlock the door... you were honestly hoping that at some point during the walk her grip would have loosend, but nope. The three of you entered the building and you locked the door behind you, closing the umbrella once you were sure there was no sunlight inside.

You stopped for a few seconds, expecting the both of them to take a step back or distance themselves from you... well actually you weren't expecting it from Daki since she was showing no interest in letting you go, but you were surprised that Gyutaro stayed right next to you.

Resuming your slow walk, you decided to break the silence,

"Sooo... this is the apartment where I live, and the first door there leads to my apartment...! It isn't super big and I was already planning on looking for someplace with more rooms, but hopefully it should be fine for now..."

No response.

The demon siblings only looked at each other, as if communicating telepathically. You could only muster up a nervous smile when Daki eventually gave you an "mhm".

Unlocking the door to the apartment you realized you might have fucked up in a minor way.

"Y/n! Y/n! You're back! You left a note so I didn't know when you'd be back but as a now expert on modern things I had everything under control! Even when some guy rang the door bell I KNEW what to do! I think he was delivering the table but I didn't open it yet- also I think we need to put it together are we gonna put it together toda-!!!"

Rui had started to talk while you were still in the hallway and he was in the kitchen, walking towards you until he was able to see who were accompanying you. Frozen in his step, his eyes went over you, Daki, Gyutaro and then repeated. You started to get worried that his brain crashed like a computer, until his expression changed into an angry one and he pointed both fingers at them,

"YOU!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE??"

Running towards you he slapped Dakis arms away before pulling you away from them and then hugging you himself.

"RUI! You can't just-",

Once again you got cut off by Daki,

"HAH!? What the hell is this brat doing here?? And HOW DARE HE HIT ME I WASN’T EVEN DOING ANYTHING, RIGHT Y/N??"

"YOU WERE DOING SOMETHING YOU LIAR! YOU WERE BASICALLY HOLDING HER DOWN, YOU PROBABLY THREATENED HER, HUH!?"
