Chapter 1

AN: So I'm starting my first chapter in this book, yet I'm very freaking nervous of what should I write. *thinking so hard, head exploded *just kidding** Now, I'm gonna let you guys read my story! Enjoy!

Delta POV

*bells ringing*
I groaned, I was reaching for my alarm clock to stop that stupid noise ringing in my ears, again I was still reaching and my hand came out empty, I still stayed like I'm still sleeping but, I know that Eddie's there all along keeping the alarm clock away from me.
"Eddie, give me that stupid alarm clock" I groaned and put the pillow on my head, I heard giggling and I jumped out of my bed then caught the little boy. He shrieked and squealed underneath my arms trying to sneak away from me, I held him until I heard Ms. Ivy shrieking at me

"Delta! What do you think you're doing to your brother! Stop it this instant! You could've gotten him suffocated!"

As you can see she is very addicted and protective of my brother, she will fuss over something about him no matter what and I will always get in trouble. When she left, I rolled my eyes *she always does that everyday anyway* I thought
I went to Mary Lou's bedroom to check on her ever since her 5 years boyfriend broke up with her *over some skanky bitch* I thought bitterly. As usual when I walked she always, was reading in books that I bought for her and Eddie, she has always been obsessed with mermaid books. I quietly tiptoed to her, not making any sound then I lunged at her, tickling to her.
"d-del-t-a ! S-stop it!" She sputtered out while laughing.
"W-why n-not M-mary?" I mocked her
I continued tickling her until, Eddie came in looking both of us with confused expression.
"Delta what are you doing to Lou Lou?" Eddie asked.
"Oh nothing! Come with me, let's get ready for school" I led Eddie downstairs with Mary Lou trailing behind me. We we're so fortunate enough, that Ms. Ivy paid a tuition for school. I sat quietly with my brother Eddie on the right side of me and Mary Lou at left side of me. Three of us, ate quietly with all of the shouts and screams around us. We went to Eddie's school first but, then Eddie began to cry I was suddenly worried why he cried.
"Eddie, are you okay? Why are you crying?" I asked in a calm expression while Mary Lou went to Eddie and hugged him.
"D-delta and Lou Lou, I don't want to go to school! Nobody would like me! Everybody would just tease me." He sputtered while he hiccuped. I went to him and hugged him.
"It will be fine Eddie, everyone would be nice they would like you! You know why? Because you're the nicest boy on Earth and I'm proud to be you're sister." I whispered in his ear. He looked to me in a hopeful expression and I nodded my head. He hugged me with Mary Lou then, he ran for school. He waved at us at the entrance, me and Mary Lou waved back at him. Both of us went for school, when we arrived all of the people began to whisper around us, we went to our lockers and realized it's next to each other. Mary Lou went to her side of school first while, I began to carry my textbooks for class.

When lunch rolled around, I sat with Mary Lou on a empty table then, the cafeteria doors slammed open and three boys went in. Immediately, all the girls sighed at the sight of them while me, I just rolled my eyes including Mary. One of the boys looked at me then nudged at the others, three of them walked straight over us. One of the boys leaned on the table,
"Hi, my name's Jarred and those two boys over there are Elliot and Jackson. The blond one's Elliot and the black haired one is Jackson" he introduced theirselves. I just nodded my head and continued eating,
"Well then, what's you're name lovely ladies" he asked.
"My name's Mary Lou and this is my sister Delta" she introduced us. He smirked then nudged both of them as they huddled together while they whispered. Three of them sat down at our table and looked both of us with interest in their eyes. Obviously, Mary Lou was squirming uncomfortably in her seat with all the envious stares the girls sent to both of us. When the bell rang signaling it's time for school, both of us immediately stood up from our seats and went to our classes.

When school was over, I went to the parking lot with Mary right beside me since it's a shortcut to Eddie's school but, when I went there I saw people crowding a black Ferrari car then the window rolled open and I saw Jarred winking at me. I clutched Mary's hand and both of us went to Eddie's school, I saw Eddie sitting quietly on a bench, I went to him and tapped on his shoulder, he looked up then his eyes brightened and hugged both me and Mary. I hold his and Mary's hand as we both go home and I have to get ready for work. When we arrived as usual, the orphanage was mostly empty from this time. I went to the same streets for work, I held out a hat while I sang with my passion for music. Some people dropped money while, others passed by.

When my work was done, I hold my hat tightly and noticed a man staring at me, I stared right back at him with a confused expression. He left and I just shrugged since, maybe he's staring behind me. Little did I noticed that the same man was watching me around the corner.
