Me and Peter went out to find food for our base. Until some troops from the M.R. group found us. Peter and I tried to hold them off, but there was too many to them and only two of us. I really did try to help Peter, but he would be let me save him from being captured, he said our group needed a leader.
Now I regret it, I can't imagine what they are doing to my Peter. I swear I will kill every last one of those people who lay a finger on him. Now I just lay on my bed as a search team is going to go get him.
I just can't every have a normal love life, anytime I try to they always leave me or die. This will not be the end of Me and Peter, I can't handle another betrayal, like Tobias'. I am going to go find Peter tonight, I don't care if Peter said not to, I need him.
I pack a small backpack and made sure to pack lots of ammo and guns. I slip on a bullet proof jest and I sneak out my window, and past my guards. I know how to get to the Erudite headquarters in my sleep, so getting there will be a piece of Dauntless cake.
--time lapse--
Once I get closer to their headquarters I hear yelling, that sounds like Peter's followed by another voice, which it kind of sounds like... No it can't be... it is... that voice belonged to Tobias Eaton. The one man who I really thought loved me, who cared for me, but was really all a lie. I listen to their argument.
"Who exactly is this person you call your girlfriend?" Tobias chuckles.
"Really," Peter spits at him. "You don't remember what you did to Tris!" After that I hear a smack which is most likely to be Tobias punching Peter. Now I feel even worse, I need to get Peter out of there. It was starting to get darker by the minute but before I was going to leave to find a place to sleep I hear someone start talking.
"Why do you consist at breaking Tris' heart anytime you are able to. What is wrong with you, you try to kill her then she finally gets a real man in her life and then you kill him. I mean, I really want to know why you betrayed her, when she thought you loved her. You are such a sick person, Tobias Eaton" Peter spoke weak, but it sounded strong.
"How do you know my real name, ob never mind. It must just be a thing you rebels do, tell secerts of others. Besides, I never left her, now that is the end of the conversation. Now guards tie him up to one of the poles. Then I can have some time to think this through with Shuana,"
I hear footsteps leaving the room, here is my chance. I quickly spot a window open leading to the room where the conversation was and as soon I get there my backpack falls on the ground and slides to the opposite side of the room, when i look up the guards and Tobias are all stand there and Peter, who was down on his knees looked shocked. I tried to get back out the window but one of the guards grabbed my leg. Now I lay on the ground, u quickly get back up and try to run away, but this time the guard grabs both of my arms and zip ties them together, and forces me down on to my knees.
Tobias walks up to me, "I knew there was someone listening in, I just had a feeling. It looks like I was right. So, who is this?" He walks closer and lifts up my chin. I spit 8n his face. He wipes it off. "Oh, I see, we have a feisty one here. Who are darling," Suddenly it looks like someone has just shot him by the expression on his face.
"Tris?" Tobias whispers. He walks away turning his back. "Please go lock then up, NOW!" Then with that the guards take us to a room and throws us in locking the door as he walks away. Peter looks at me with an angry expression on him face, "Tris, what are you doing here, I told you not to come for me. I told you to send a search group to come get me," I look at him with tears forming in my eyes. "Oh honey, I'm sorry, It's just I'm worried about you and our base," I nod and scoot over to him by the wall, and I snuggle my head into his chest. "I am just glad to see you are still alive," I say as he places his chin on my head. I slowly fall asleep on to his chest with our hand still bonded behind our backs. "I love you, Tris," I was to tried to respond so I just lay there in the silence as it lasts, because I know the next day is going to be a long one.
