The Frenzied Monster

I began to feed on the power of the lesser demons of this land, dragging them below ground and draining their broken corpses of their power. In particular I enjoyed the slaughtering of demons from a city sector known as the cannibal colony. Demons often went missing here for obvious reasons and the demons here had plenty of power to gourge on. Once I was done with the bodies I burned them with frenzied flames to cleanse the world of these animals even in death. On occasion I would use a carcass or two to lure in new victims from above.

Through Selinas help I often used her as bait ad well and her own power began to grow as well as my own flame grew. It had been well over a months since I came to this land and I felt confident in my power at this point. I knew that the overlord of the cannibal colony went by the name of Rosie, I wanted to wipe that wretched stain from the world, but I decides it may be better to go after one of her more powerful associates first to gage my strength. A man by the name of Ralph seemed to be the perfect target, since he was powerful, but new to Hell and so it is unlikely anyone will truly care. With Selina's help we set a trap for Ralph, I would draw some of her blood and she would pretend to lay dying. A cannibal should take the bait like a moth to a flame.

That night we set the plan into motion and Selina laid curled on the ground near an area Ralph usually patrols. I witnessed him sniff the air like the animal he was as he entered the alley where Selina was and stated that Martha and him would eat good tonight. I crept up just behing him and impaled him with Vyke's war spear and activated its frenzied flame effect. Ralph laid dying and burning on the ground as he screamed for mercy, funny, I wonder how many  said the same to him. As his flesh sizzles and charred over all I could was chuckle as I slowly fed on the power seeping from his dying flesh.

Despite how he was feared his power was quite disappointing to say the least. Perhaps I have overprepared at this point Selina. It's is possible my lord, though are you sure you want to test that on Rosie? Yes. To burn her flesh is to mark the beginning of my reign as a true lord in this new world. I shall yet cleanse this wretched wasteland.
