Evening
Right as Micah was leaving he then realized something.
"Where even is this party?! That Uber driver didn't tell me where it was!" He groaned, rolling his eyes. He couldn't go up to random people to ask if they were going up to a party from some college student.
He then left and started heading to a bar. "I'll just look for a group of people." His eyes wandered around the city streets, he continued looking until his eyes landed on a group of girls, two of them were with a guy. He then went over to them.
"I don't mean to bother you, but are you guys going to party by chance?" He looked at one of the girls, holding eye contact. He could tell she didn't like eye contact or at least never held eye contact with someone before considering the fact she kept darting her eyes to look somewhere else.
"A-ah yes, we are." "College party?" "Mhm." "Can you give me the address? I was thinking of going there myself." He held out his phone, giving it to the girl to type the address in.
"Yeah I can do that." She nodded, taking the phone to type it in. She gave the phone back yet when she did her hand brushed his. He didn't think anything of it. He said his thanks and then left the group of girls alone.
"Damn girl, who was that?" One of her friends asked, looking at her. The girls face was flushed. "I'm not sure. He looks new though, maybe a new student." "Seems a bit early for him to join. We're already 6 weeks into this semester. Whatever, he's hot." Her friend laughed as they began to walk to the party.
Once Micah arrived at the party after following the address he could hear music blaring from the house in the neighborhood. It was a fairly big house, Micah wasn't impressed though mostly because the palace he lived in was definitely 10x bigger than this house. He entered the house and was met with people dancing, grinding against each other, making out, drinking, doing drugs.
It was surely a new awakening for him. He's never been to anything like this before. There were a bunch of people, he didn't understand how no one was freaking out on that fact. He continued to look around until his eyes met the stage, there was a microphone on it, drums, a guitar, and a bass. "A band plays here?" He mumbled to himself.
"Alright guys! Time for the main event!" A boy with messy brown hair yelled over the crowd. He had to be maybe only a few inches shorter than Micah. Maybe 5'8? Micah was 6'0 so it was possible.
The crowd started cheering. The brown haired boy got onto the stage, soon Micah made his way through the crowd to get a better look. The boy had sharp teeth. They almost looked like shark teeth but they didn't look weird. Just that they were only sharpened just a bit to look like shark teeth.
Soon two other guys followed him, one of them got on the drums, and the other took the bass. The one in the middle, who was the brown haired boy took the guitar in hand. "The song for this evening is called Scotty Doesn't Know! Now who's ready for some music?!" He spoke into the microphone. The crowd cheered louder.
Soon the music began, and everyone was singing along. The brown haired boy's voice was louder considering the speakers set up. He was.. really good on the guitar though. His voice was great. Wasn't too deep unlike Micah's, but also wasn't too high pitched.
Micah got the message of the song which was about that boy on the stage fucking Scotty's girlfriend. Figures as much. The lyrics were something else too.. "Scotty doesn't know. That Fiona and me, do it in my van every Sunday. She tell him she's in church, but she doesn't go."
The song was catchy though, he could find himself nodding his head a bit to the tune of the song. He enjoyed it that was for sure. Everyone then began chanting "Scotty doesn't know!" Once the song was over. He looked around and saw some guy running out the door. Maybe that was Scotty, either way he didn't exactly care.
"Thank you guys thank you, later tonight I'll perform some more songs before the night is over so make sure to stick around!" The boy spoke, waving in the crowd before getting off, playing some other music over the speakers for now. A few girls went up to the guy, smiling and rubbing his arm. "You were so good up there Jaxx!" One of the girls mentioned, hugging his arm. "Aww thank you babe. You're so sweet for that." He gave the girls a smirk before his eyes looked over at met with Micah's. He gave a wink to Micah before turning to look at the girls, giving them a small kiss on the cheek. "Go enjoy the party darlings, I promise you'll each have a piece of me later this evening." The girls giggled before walking off.
Soon Jaxx was leaning against the island in the kitchen. Micah then went in there, looking around before meeting his eyes witch Jaxx. "Looks like we have someone new here don't we? What's your name?" "Micah, and I assume yours would be Jaxx."
"The one and only." He gave a fake bow, chuckling before grabbing a cup and filling it up with some punch. He handed the cup to Micah. "Jaxx Pierce is my full name, so, what brought you to this party? Considering I've never seen you before at my past ones, surely you had a reason."
"Change of pace I suppose." "Really? Change of pace from what? By the look of your clothes I would've mistaken that you walked into the wrong kind of party." Jaxx pinched some of the cloth between his fingers, letting go once Micah also got a lot.
"So, 'Micah', tell me more about yourself. What is someone like you doing at my party?" Jaxx looked up at Micah, giving him a smirk.
