Count V is a dark matter entity that was created from the Dark-Zone and has traveled to Earth to claim the world as his own as he made his hideout in a forest called the Ebony Woods and anyone who enters the forest, never came back out alive as they fell victim to Count V's dark power and became his slaves.
Every victim he hunts down in his woods, he sees them as his playthings and will. decide whether to make them as his loyal and obedient servants or just torture and kill them over and over again for his own amusement until he grows tired of them and devours them afterwards.
When you come across the path to his woods, make sure to turn around and get out there as fast you can before he finds you trespassing in his woods.
