Bill Mason is just an average man with a chill and laid back attitude and he was just hanging around at the local pub and diner in Snowdin called, Grillby's and he soon saw Parker enter the restaurant with blood and dust on his knuckles and a black eye.
The reason for what happened to Parker is because he fought a couple of monsters that took his wallet and took quite a beating after that battle.
Parker also has some anger issues and refuses to even go to therapy to get over his anger issues.
Bill Mason understands about Parker's anger problems, but doesn't tolerate his bad behavior and violent temper tantrums.
Fun facts: In this alternate universe, Billy Mason is much more of a chill and laid back kind of guy, while Parker is much more aggressive and short-tempered and will punch you in the face if you make him angry.
