Joey's POV

I still can't even begin to imagine that I'm marrying Shane Dawson, soon to be Shane Graceffa, tomorrow afternoon. We've been together for about a year and a half now and it is purely amazing. We've been through so much together, we've started a family, we've beaten cancer in a family member, we've survived breakups and affairs and so much more. Our families are doing great. Teresa has been cancer free for about 2 months now and my mom has been doing great with everything. My mom and sister flew in yesterday, and my dad this morning, along with all the other family members. Shane's family also flew in yesterday and the day before. All of our guests are going to be there except Shane's dad, we haven't heard from him yet. But I think everything will go just as planned.

We didn't make it to Boston at all this year, because we wanted to wait until the wedding and not re-schedule it again. But Andy did get a puppy for Christmas, our husky Wolf. He's pretty big now, so not really a puppy anymore. Shane and I agreed that our family is complete. Neither of us wanted another child and two dogs is enough. Although, Shane is pretty hooked on getting a hamster right now, which isn't that big of a problem. Andy agrees with him on that one.

A few weeks ago, Sawyer went shopping with us for suits and Lisa took Andy to get a dress. Our wedding colors are black, gray and white. Shane and I got matching suits but with different ties, mine of course being a bow tie and Shane's being a traditional tie. The suit itself is a bluish gray with a very light gray button-up underneath. We both got dark brown tux shoes and black belts. Andy got a short sparkly white dress with light gray accents and some gray flats. Some jewelry to accessorize and a headband with a bow to top it off. We haven't seen it on her but Lisa promised us she looked absolutely stunning, which I believed her.

Andy: joey, where's Wolf's meds?

Joey: in the cabinet in the kitchen.

Shane: DINNER??

Joey: hahaha I'm guessing you're hungry?

Shane: uh, yeah!

Joey: guess what I put in the cabinet?

Shane: what? Oh my god... Peeps?

Joey: Yup, surprise!

Shane: You're the best!!

I laughed as Shane put a whole row of peeps in his mouth one by one. He started to drool when he began laughing at himself. The phone rang and i went to pick it up, seeing as Shane wasn't able to come to the phone. I answered and heard Teresa's voice, happy and cheerful.

Teresa: Hi Joey! So, the rehearsal dinner tonight should be beginning at around 6, all of the food should be done.

Joey: Thank you so much for preparing dinner tonight! It means so much! Are you sure you don't need any help?

Teresa: No, i'm absolutely fine! Shanna and Lisa are enough help and we are doing great!

Joey: Okay, well call if you need any help. We are going to Birch View at around 4, so we still have a couple hours. My parents and Nicole are decorating the place for now.

Teresa: Well, thank you Joey but we are okay. And I can't wait to see the place all decorated!

Joey: Me too! Well, i'll let you get back to the food, we will see you tonight!

Teresa: okay, bye Joey!

I hung up the phone and went to call Nicole to see how decorating Birch View was going. Shane and I always wanted to get married somewhere close to the water and Birch View was perfect. It had a grassy field right next to a lake and with a lodge on the property so we could have the reception. It was amazing and also not too far from where everyone is staying.

Nicole: Hey broseph!

Joey: Hey Nicole, how's decorating going?

Nicole: Great! All of the chairs and the altar is set up outside the lodge. And everything is decorated inside as well. Just a few small things left.

Joey: That's great to hear! Also, Teresa said the dinner was going to be around 6 so tell everyone that for me.

Nicole: Will do!

Joey: Okay, see you soon!

Nicole: Bye!

Four o'clock came around fast and we made it to Birch View with all of the groomsmen, both Shane and I's parents and siblings. And of course, Andy and the dogs. We went through how the wedding will do and all of the groomsmen and "groomsladies" practiced walking down the aisle. I had all of the "groomsladies" who were Nichole, Brittany and Andy. Shane had Drew and his two brothers, Jared and Jacob.

At the beginning, Drew  down the aisle and Jared walked my mom down the aisle and she took her seat while Drew and Jared joined me at the altar. Then came Nichole, then Brittany and finally Andy. We all stood at the end of the aisle, waiting for Shane and Teresa. They began walking and my breath was taken away. Even though this was just the rehearsal, I felt the butterflies in my stomach and a knot in the back of my throat. Here came my soon-to-be husband.

He joined me at the altar and we went over what would be said tomorrow with Father Olmstead, who was marrying us. We finished up and made our way to the rehearsal dinner. Teresa had made hamburger, hot dogs and some chicken. Along with a million other sides. And all of it was delicious.

Shane and I sat together and I thought about how in just 24 hours, we would be a married couple. And we would be on our way to Disney World with Andy for our "honeymoon." We decided to take a family vacation instead because we hadn't taken one yet. And to Disney because why not.

Soon, everyone went home and we helped Teresa clean up. We ended the night with a bonfire by the pool and a late-night swim.
