Hi. Sorry I am late to writing this with little detail on the summary and tags, as you can tell, this is my first time doing this, and I may not be the best at writing, to say the least. Also, my grammar sucks. But thanks for reading this, and I hope you enjoy. I am not expecting a lot from this, but I hope some people will see it. I am lazy, so I added no pic. Please be Nice in the comments as well. But I also like feedback.
The rain pounded the coarse dirt, as a hooded figure ran through the woods, caring a skinny baby boy with thin light ash blonde hair and pale apricot skin in its bulky arms. The rain drizzled onto both their clothes, which the young baby didn't like, as it started bawling as soon as a droplet touched their nose. The figure sweat, dispute the rain, in fear of being caught. A look of pity was given to the child, as it cashiered, and cried in the figures arms.
A branch caught onto the baby's thin locks, causing it to be ripped ofF by a tug, which didn't help the baby's crying. The figrge didn't stop, as they were out oof the woods, now, away from Him. A nice neighborhood could be seen in the distance, as the figure braced the change of mud to wet concrete, causing them to slip a little
But that didn't matter, since it reached the neighborhood, with pine trees, spruce wood on each house, and a wried pole. A house could be seen. aThe figure stopped, and placed the bawling baby out on there. It was the only hope, since people could be seen whispering, and a concerned girl holding a weird box thingy. It didn't have time to take to a orphanage, it just had to hope it was the right one. Quickly, the figure scribbled a note, then ran off. The baby's bawling seemed to have woken up the people in the house. Footsteps could be heard, and the door creaked ipe. The woman stood in awe, as a baby had been placed down at the floor of the concrete footstep. She ushered for her husband to come here, and his face turned pale. They whispered loudly to each other, with a ghastly look planted on their faces.
"Where are his parents?"
"Why is he here?"
"Is this a joke?"
"What do we do?!!"
The two were talking in a frenzy, not even realizing the baby boys wet sobs, nor the cold, after all, a child had been dropped on their doorstep. They thought it may be a miracle from heaven, or crappy parents. A million ideas ran through their head. They had failed to see the wet note of scratch paper on the cold concrete floor, pinned by the rain and a gush of icy wind.
At that moment, it started to hail, which was common in mid-Febuary, since it had been a hotter year than normal. The two glanced at each other in pity, and decided to take the child in. She picked him up, and the tears stoped. He calmed down the moment he touched her arms. She knew, at that moment, that he was the right kid for her. Her husband knew too, as she looked into his beautiful chocolate-brown eyes.
He slept soundly in her arms, as she carried him to thee warm, bright house. Agush of wind pushed the paper to the man, as if it wanted him to pick it up. He did as such, and delicate opened th note before entering his home.
It was a messy piece of scratch paper, water stains tearing the paperer, both messy handwriting. aHe could make out only these words in the little detailed letter.
