me and colby are going to our first doctors appointment.

"hello are you mr and mrs brock?" the doctor says coming in the room. "yes we are" i say as colby grabs my hand.

"i'm dr wilson,can you lay down and lift your shirt up please?" i lay down and lift my shirt up to where she can only see my stomach.

"ok i'm gonna put this cold gel on you and see if we can hear a heartbeat." we both nod our heads.

as soon as she puts the scanner thing or what ever it's called. we both are looking at the monitor. when she hits my lower stomach we hear a heartbeat. "oh my god" i say tearing up. we can actually see the baby. "do you guys want me to print these out?" "yes please." colby says as soon as she asks. "do you know how many weeks it is?" i ask her and she looks at the monitor. "10 weeks." both me and colby smile at each other.

she wipes the gel off my stomach and talks to us about what i can't eat and what i can. she gives us a paper and give us our pictures. this is how we are telling our friends.

"i'm hungry" i say getting in the car. "what do you want" "chick-fil-a" while we were driving to chick-fil-a i called my mom

we got our food and started driving home. it came close to 5:30 so we just went straight to nate's house.

we walked in and everyone was already there.

"we told y'all 5:30" colby says laughing. "we can just do it now" i say looking around making sure everyone is here.

"ok guys take a seat" i say as me and colby walk to wear the tv is.

"ok so me and nora went to the doctors today." i heard a 'omg' from evvie.

"i'm pregnant" "we are having a baby" we both say i pulled out the the pictures. everyone got up and hugged us.

"how many weeks?" "10" evvie thought about it for a second. "oh my god ew ew ew ew" kat turns her head to her and she finally gets it "ew" "what?" "do you not realize what ten weeks ago was?" i think about it and realize. "ohhh" "wait what was it?" nate asked "my wedding was ten weeks ago" "ew nora" "oh everyone does it. why is it a big deal when me and colby do it?" "cause your my little sister" "cause colby is like my brother to me" "colby is just a no for me" "well he's a yes to me" i say as sam and colby join our conversation "what are we talking about?"colby asked. "nothing baby" i hear nate say in a high pitched voice.

"nate though i am pregnant i will beat your ass" "do it" i get up and try to walk over to him but colby grabs my waist and makes me sit down. "absolutely not,i am excited to have this kid." he says as evvie and kat make an 'awh' sound. we all talk for a little then the parents leave and we all talk a little bit more. "i'm tired i'm gonna go to sleep" evvie says nate kisses her and she hugs kat then comes to me "congrats i'm super tired i love you goodnight" "goodnight evvie i love you too" i say back to her and she goes off to bed. i lay my head down on colby's shoulder. i ended up closing my eyes.

"princess" i lift my head up "hmm?" "are you ready to go home?" "yes" he helps me up "bye guys love y'all" i say as we walk out and walk over to our house.
