after the movie i wasn't tired at all. i stayed on my phone until about 4am when i got a text from colby "are you awake?" "yes i am" "wanna sneak out?" "yes." i got up and went into my bathroom i did my makeup and hair then put on jean shorts and a white crew neck with a black tank top underneath. i put on my converse and packed a bag that consisted of my charger,makeup, an extra shirt,my wallet,a speaker,my airpods and extra pair of shoes and socks. i heard my door open and saw colby "ready?" i nodded my head and left. we quietly walked out the door. "instead of cars should we take bikes?" i smiled and he looked at me then smiled "just like old times" he says as he grabs a bike. we both start peddling away. "coffee?" colby asked and i nodded. i peddled in front of him and was enjoying life. i stopped to put my airpods in and just went to the coffee shop. after we got there we set our bike up. we ended up at starbucks because we didn't know any little coffee shops. we walked in and waited for someone to assist us. "hi how may i help you today?" i walk up and colby starts speaking "can i get a grande nitro cold brew and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich." he looked over at me and said "what do you want?" i walked up to the register "can i get a a grande mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and a ham and swiss croissant." she nodded and colby made me go sit down so he could pay. he came back with our food and we ate. "nora" "colby" "the kiss." "oh yes the kiss." "we're not weird about it or anything right?" "colbs if it was weird one i wouldn't have invited u two i wouldn't be with you right now." "ok good because honestly nora i've been waiting for that since freshmen year." "no way me too" he laughed at that "so we can both single handily say we've been in love with eachother since freshmen year" "ok brock i wouldn't take it to far.....but yes." he smiles at me and goes to get our drinks. "here is a grande mocha cookie crumble for miss nora hardy." he says as he sits it down on the table. my phone dinged and it was from evvie. "evvie just texted me" "what did she say" 'bitch where tf are you jake came into the room and jumped on me bc colby wasn't in his bed and you aren't in mine so where are y'all🤨" colby laughs at the message and presses the facetime button then takes the phone away from me "colby where's nora?" evvie says and jake pops into the camera "dead on the side of the road." she gives him a weird look and jake try's to talk but it cuts out "brother i can't hear you" "colby i missed you in bed brother" i bust out laughing at that and the barista gives us a dirty look. i lean over to colby's ear and whisper to him"colbs i think it's time to leave the barista gave us a dirty look" he looks back at the barista and looks over to the phone. he gets up and grabs his stuff while i grab mine and we walk outside. "ok guys we are going to finish drinking our drinks then go home. we will be back soon." i say "ok bye nora love you." "love you too evvie." i say as i finish off my drink and throw it away. me and colby get back on out bikes and go home.
