The New Comer Of Smash

Room Mates

toon link villager and ness became great friends the past few days. they hung out together all the time and villager stopped getting harrassed by the others.

one day, mario had to make a anouncement. it was a regular thing, he had to tell everybody about the updates but this time was different. he said mewtwo, lucas and other characters were coming to the smash mansion as dlc fighters and so now people had to have at least 1 room mate so that their could be enough space for the new comer's arrival. he also said that due to budjet cuts there would be less food in the cafeteria, some rooms would have only have 1 bed and the electricity would be lower then usual. ness was exicted that lucas was returning, he saved a spot in his room so that lucas could move into with him. toon link and villager agreed to share rooms together.

toon link got his stuff and put it in villager's room, it was well furnished and very stylish. villager was a expert designer because of the HHA back in his home town of animal crossing. he and TL would stay up all night talking and playing games. there was only 1 bed in their room. instead of sleeping together (which the bed was big enough for) villager prefered to let TL sleep in it while he slept on the floor. eventualy, they started taking turns sleeping in the bed, this way 1 of them wouldn't be forced to sleep on the ground every night.

in the middle of the night, villager was woken up by the sound of TL's whispering.

"pssst... villager wake up..."

"what?" villager groaned, being grumpy about being woken up.

"its cold... can i please warm up in the bed?"

"no."

"pleeeeeeaaase" TL whined quietly. villager accepted and TL quietly crawled into the bed. when he lifted the blanket, villager felt how cold it actualy was. this wasnt normal. they continued sleeping with their backs turned to each other. it was kind of awkward but they got used to it after a few minutes until it got even colder. oviously the budjet cuts were big because the intire heating of the whole mansion was turned off. TL was ok but after a few minutes he could feel his friend shivering besides him.

"i dont want to make things uncomfortable but ya know... eskimoes hug to keep warm. we could do that too if you want." TL said.

"no..." villager refused while rolled up in a ball and shivering "i-i'm not c-cold."

"i can tell when you are lying" TL wraped his arm around villager and pulled him closer so that he could coudle him. villager struggled to break free but gave up. he turned around so that he was facing TL and nuzzled closer to him and feel asleep.
