Bahrain – Three Years Later

Liv was excited. The first race of the season was always exciting. As she slowly woke up in her favorite place, in Steve's arms, she smiled. A sudden twist in her stomach made her bolt up and run into the bathroom.

Steve woke to the sounds of Liv groaning from the bathroom. He got up to check on her. "Sweetheart?"

"I told you that chicken tasted off," she mumbled. Steve chuckled as he kissed her forehead. He grabbed a towel to wipe her face.

"Maybe you should check with medical," he suggested. "You had that headache and the chills and now this. I'm worried doll."

"I'm fine Stevie. It was a cold."

"That was two weeks ago baby, and you are still sick." Liv shook her head, but Steve stopped her. "Olivia Williams-Rogers, you are going to medical, or I'll tell Ari to bench you."

She narrowed her eyes. "You wouldn't dare."

"Try me Doll."

They stared off for a moment before Liv huffed. "Fine. Medical." She pouted at him as he laughed.

"Just a checkup love. In sickness and in health, remember. I love you."

She smiled softly. "I love you."

"C'mon. Up you go."

Surprising news coming from the FIA. Newly crowned champion Olivia Williams-Rogers has been pulled as a driver for the season. The only statement made was that Mrs. Williams-Rogers had made the decision with Mecedes. One can only hope that everything is ok. Mrs. Williams-Rogers won her first championship last year at the helm of Mercedes following a second championship by her husband Steve Rogers and her former crew chief James Barnes, first championship. Mercedes has said that their reserved driver, Cole Riggin, will take her place this year.

Olivia stalked back to the garages after meeting with Ari and FIA officials and was seething. She walked to the Red Bull garage. She saw Tony. "Where is my husband?"

Tony took an involuntary step back, seeing the rage cross her face. "Uh, he's with Barnes and Barber in the conference room." Liv whirled around and stalked to the conference room.

Steve was sitting with Bucky and Andy, reviewing the new regulations, when the door flew open. He was startled to see Olivia storm into the room and head straight for him. "Doll..." he didn't have a chance as Liv smacked his chest. "Ow, Olivia what the hell?"

"You did this to me! You did!" She kept smacking him as he tried to dodge her blows on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her to stop her as Andy and Bucky gave her looks of concern. "You made me go to medical and this is all your fault."

"Olivia, stop, right now," Andy ordered. She stopped, listening to her adoptive father and sagged against Steve's chest, bursting into tears.

"Babydoll, love, what's wrong? Talk to me." She whispered something to him, and the look of shock crossed his face before he smiled wide. "Go on, tell them, my beautiful doll." He thumbed the tears off of her cheeks and kissed her forehead.

Liv turned to Bucky and Andy. "I'm not racing this season." Andy opened his mouth, but no words came out. She smiled softly before making her way to him. She wrapped her arms around him, and he hugged her tightly. "You're going to make a great grandfather."

He pulled back. "What? Wait?"

"Can someone tell me what's going on?" Bucky whined. He tapped his left hand onto the glass table, his own platinum ring tapping the glass.

Steve clapped his shoulder. "Relax Uncle Bucky or I'll call Auntie Nat to tame you."

Bucky looked back and forth at Steve and Olivia. "What? No!" He could see the tears of happiness flooding his best friend's eyes. Liv's tears were streaming down her face as Andy cradled her head. "Livie, you're pregnant?"

She nodded. "We're gonna have a baby. And medical revoked my racing license. I'll be changing roles for this year with Mercedes. It's all that jerk face's fault," pointing to Steve.

Steve smiled wider and popped a shoulder. "I would be upset but I'm not." He walked over and lifted his girl up, spinning her. "You're having my baby." He kissed her softly. "My baby momma."

Bucky hugged Steve before sweeping Liv in his arms. "Congratulations guys! How far along?"

"Nine weeks. I talked to my mom, and she is thrilled. I'm due in September."

"I gotta call my mom." Steve looked at his wife, the now mother of his child. "You are not allowed around the cars anymore."

She narrowed her eyes. "Try and stop me, Rogers."

"Bring it on Williams. They," pointing to the guys, "will help me."

Bucky raised his hands, but Andy smiled. "Bug, he's right." She looked at him with rage. "You are carrying my grandchild. I'll talk to Ari about putting you in a safe position until you can't travel anymore."

Liv looked at him and then nodded. "Ok." She burst back into tears, burying her face into Steve's chest and the look on Steve's face was classic.

Andy chuckled. "Get used to it Steve. Congratulations."

Seven months later...

Great news from the Mercedes and Red Bull garages! Andy Barber has announced the birth of Steve and Olivia Rogers's twins, Davina James and Matilda Rose. Mother and daughters are doing well. Steve did miss last week in Singapore to be in California for the birth and is set to return in Austin. Everyone here in Formula One send their well wishes and congratulations to the Rogers family.
